No one made sure everything was working and ready before we were checked in. Both the light and socket on one side of the bed were not working. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk, an electrician was sent to the room to fix the problem. However, we were not warned that he doesn't speak English, and after struggling to communicate for the first couple of minutes, he had to resort to Google Translate. It turned out that the problem was not a quick fix, it would require a couple of hours which we didn't have. Since we didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving rooms, we just had to make do for the duration of our stay.

I liked the suite layout and the breakfast offerings. The hotel also has a couple of facilities to enhance your stay.

Could have just slightly better parking setup.. lots of Diamond parking spots and clearly most of them not filled with Diamond members. But this is honestly not-picking a bit. Just the only thing I could think of.

Breakfast was mediocre at best and there was only 1 elevator in operation. Made it very difficult to get to and from your room to the lobby.

We didn't find anything that we didn't like. The customer service was great. After arriving we had to upgrade our room twice before we found the room we were looking for. The staff was so helpful with the changes and didn't mind at all with helping us.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. That was one of the reasons we chose this location, everything was fresh and healthy. The pool hours were great too. After a long day in one of Disney's parks it was good to come back and relax in one of the pools. Parking was also a plus. The kids enjoyed the bungee jump, wall climbing and zip line too. We didn't get to try our hand at mini golf but maybe next time!

The only thing that was a problem had nothing to do with the Holiday inn, It was that some of the guests were super noisy in the hallway late at night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility had great pool areas and wonderful food at the tiki bar. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

Breakfast bar was a nice addition. They tried to make variety of the same things like (eggs and sausage) but could have had bacon and other things. Also everyone wanted waffles and there would be a two minute wait per person and food got cold. They could use another waffle maker so people aren’t waiting in line longer.

Location was convenient and close to many attractions. Bed was comfy, Room was big enough for me and my husband. Good place to bring family. Pools were nice check in was easy and the Staff was friendly and willing to help.

We chose this hotel cause of the slide. It was always closed. But it did not stop the older kids from climbing on it, jumping off it, using it like a playground constantly. No one came and told them to chill out and get off it. Made it so my toddler couldn't enjoy the pool. And the other pool is shared with 3 seperate large hotels, just an FYI.

All the staff is amazing. The breakfast girls are fantastic. Hotel was always being cleaned, smelled clean, room was clean. Had salads at the tiki bar, they were so yummy!

Bartenders working by the pool were aloof and did not match the same friendly energy as the rest of the hotel crew.

Breakfast was great. The ladies working there were fantastic. Front desk were super friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Pools were amazing. Free parking wasn't overcrowded.
