The bathroom was really small couldn’t use the sink unless you closed the door. Lighting was not good at all, hardly any light fixtures. The water pressure was not good at all.

the hall had a funky smell(—however, rooms smelt just fine, and that’s what actually mattered) double bed in room was not comfortable at all.

We booked room for 6 people, but it was actually for 5. I do not understand why was I allowed to book for 6 if only 5 can really sleep there. I had to sleep with two kids - ages 11 and 15 in one bed. Not ideal. Also the breakfast was far from satisfying - one waffle maker for entire dining room, no choice of bread, not even cream cheese. We had to go to a restaurant to actually have a breakfast.

Room was decent clean. Very good location, we had a car, getting to the falls was less than 10 minutes.

They don't provide microwave in the rooms. I would have cancelled my bookings if I'd knew that. They've a microwave in the lobby but you can't sit, eat and talk in the lobby after 9pm. This wasn't written in their 'rule book'. We went there to enjoy our family time and we were so disappointed.

Not very many outlets worked and 1 light had a light bulb out that was not replaced (the folks at the desk didn’t know how). We were constantly pulling out our phone flashlights. No coffee maker in the rooms or in the lobby. Moldy bathrooms (on the last day I wiped the shower walls with the wash cloth just to see how easy it would be to come off and it was easily wiped clean).

It was a great price. We received fresh towels daily.

The room was very dark with few light fixtures. The dimness made it feel dirty and run down, even though it wasn’t.

Good price, especially for a family of 4. Location was good: about a 5-10 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

three things I didn’t like and need to addressed by hotel management: 1) insufficient light inside room even in day time . only three wall hang poor light and one is not working out of those three. Hotel Management must replace the more powerful light bulb/source and install more light bulb in four corners of the room . Room # was 104. 2) Insufficient number of power wall socket and all wall socket are very loose . Plugs don’t hold tightly , hardly can use . It looks that an overhaul/maintenance work done in hotel but old electric power points inside the room were not replaced with new one . 3) Poor breakfast items.

The sink was very slow to drain.

The staff was very friendly and helpful providing directions to restaurants as well as discount coupons for a couple of the restaurants. The room has a large television and a mini fridge.
