United StatesFrom the very entrance to the hotel, you can smell the dirt, as if no one had ever cleaned there. Since we arrived late, we didn't have the energy to find something better. We asked to cancel the reservation for the second night, and the lady at the reception with attitude said, "We don't do that here". Since she wasn't helpful, I sent a request through the booking app, and they never responded. The room was dark, stinky and dirty. We found a dirty towel hanging on the door with a makeup stain and many little trash on the floor. There was disgusting mold everywhere in the shower. I don't know when they built this building and what material they used, but I could hear every conversation outside the walls. We wanted to rest there for a while, but it was impossible because there were lots of children running and screaming in the halls and none of the staff cared about it. After seeing the room, bathroom and ice machine in the hall full of mold in this place I wasn't interested in breakfast at all! If you want to save yourself stress and money, don't go there!
Only the location of the hotel was attractive, nothing else.

United StatesALERT!!!! Stay away!!!! Restroom door lock was not working. When I complain about this issue (15 mins after I got the keys) they are not ready to change/fix it. According to owner of this hotel, if you are staying with family, you don't need lock for your restrooms. You can do your business with restroom door open. Also, They are not ready to change the room. No refunds, no room exchange. Some of the wall outlets were not working. When I complaint about the issue, The response goes like this "if you want all these outlet to work, you should stay in 5 star hotel. NOT here!". One of the bed sheets has blood stains. Breakfast doesn't have many options. Only Bread, Muffins, Cinnamon roll, Waffle, Cereals, Yogurt, Coffee, Juices. Gentleman at the reception is trying to address the concerns. But the other person is showing attitude and insulting the customer.
Room is spacious and can accomodate 4 adults and 2 kids (in my case). Location is great. parking is available.

United StatesRoom I stayed in smelled of urine . Nothing a little febrezee couldnt fix , but it lingered. It was dusty in some areas like window curtains, and lamps .
Location was perfect, it was 9min from Niagara Falls. The free breakfast was fair, it was a basic breakfast that consist of waffles, yogurt, toasted bread, juice, or coffee. Bathroom was clean that was a plus . Property had a lot of parking available. It was near restaurants and shopping centers about 12-15min out .

Abkhazia, GeorgiaThe plug I used for my phone charger was not great it was a little big so my charger was not connected correctly and my phone didn't charge all night. But I found one that worked and was able to charge it enough before I had to leave
It was clean and comfortable. I didn't need staff much but when I did they were very friendly,helpful and greeted me very nicely. The breakfast was good too they even have a waffle iron so you can make waffles.

The shower had mold in it. The curtains, wall, and baseboards were extremally dirty. The only thing that was clean was the towels and sheets. The breakfast was clean and had a great variety of foods such as toast, muffins, waffles, cereal, apples, oranges, milk, juices, and coffee.

YemenThe water in the bathtub stayed while showering. Breakfast sucked all carbs. ( bread, sweet buns, yogurts, oatmeal) for someone who has to watch their sugar intake is really difficult. I skipped breakfast. I wish there woul be coffee/tea access all day not only during breakfast.
