United StatesBreakfast isn't till 8am. Had to leave at 7. So never was able to get even coffee. Room was not clean full. Shower tub looked dingy. Toilet had hair on it. THE JUCUZZI TUB THE RESIN I PICKED THAT ROOM I NEVER USED CUZ I FILLED IT UP TURN THE JETS ON AND NOTHING BUT BLACK MOLD CAME OUT OF THEM. The remote was broken. Never pick this place.

United StatesI honestly didn’t see anything that I like about that hotel. To begin with the receptionist was as rude as a pig. She does not know to talk friendly and mannerly with customers! She yells at anyone regardless of who’s around. The room!!! Omg it stinks, smells old, moldy and has cobwebs hanging on the ceiling. The bath tub is dirty, has hair in it and stains all over. The bed scratches your skin and leave bumps! We couldn’t even sleep in peace. The window has a huge crack on it. It scares you that anyone can break in. The ac keeps cutting off; you have to get up to put it on every now and then. There was hardly any space to dwell in the room. The sink was so small. One chair for 3 people to sit on. One big old line phone sitting on the table that’s not even working. The second entrance door has no lock which is very unsafe for the guests staying on the property. The maintenance guy is also very rude and has no etiquette. He burps very loud in-front of the guest and don’t even say excuse. To continue, when we asked for a refund the receptionist (owner’s wife) started to verbally abuse us then her husband but in and started too. My worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend that no body visits that hotel!!!!! You will regret it!!!!
