Wonderful out of the way inn located in the forest of New Hampshire. Owners were very friendly and attentive to us and our needs. Very quiet and close to nature with a river running through the property.

This is a great location right on The Kancamagus highway. Bed and breakfast ran by Joe and Janet. They have been here since the 80s, very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast choices include cold cereals, hard boiled eggs and Jimmy Dean sandwiches. The rooms are very clean and spacious. You have a midsize refrigerator and microwave. Cable was good. Nice and quiet place. Well worth the stay, prices reasonable and opportunity to support a local business. No crowds, amazing outdoor property with hiking nearby.

Breakfast is great but has somewhat limited choice of eggs and cheese: either hard-boiled eggs or heated pre-made egg, cheese and sausage sandwich. Would be nice to have more choice of eggs (e.g. scrambled eggs) and some selection of cheese and diary spread such as cream-cheese.

Warm and welcoming reception by the owners. Owner is very involved, likes to hang-out with the guests and provide useful and detailed tips about the area. Very large and well-equipped and clean rooms. Complementary breakfast products are available all-day long at the dining room. including fruits, yogurt, juice, cereal, tea' coffee, snacks and cookies. Location is on the Kancamagus Hwy and very close to its main attractions. The property includes a private stretch of the river-bank with private trails and picnic tables, allowing you to avoid the crowd while enjoying a relaxed recreation at the Kancamagus river.

The hotel location is ideal: on the Kancamagus Highway and very close to what North Conway town has to offer. Perfect for visiting the White Mountains. The B&B hosts are the best! They are extremely helpful, friendly, fine people. It felt delicious to be hosted by them.

The location is perfect, on the Kancamagus Highway. From there you can easily reach many attractions. The Hosts are so nice and welcoming, good breakfast, all great thank you!

The owners are lovely and the location can't be beat. The facility itself is not at all modern, so if that is something you care about, you would probably be happier at a more modern lodge. I care about cleanliness and a comfy bed, both of which were excellent.

Inn offered private access to the NH Swiftriver walk. It was wonderful to hang out by the watering hole and sit on rocks watching the sunset ourselves. Also, the property owners, Joe and Janet, were a lovely couple who welcomed us as if we were their own family.

The bed was uncomfortable for my husband, too hard. No pillow top. The pillows on the beds were like pancakes, flat. Furniture seems a little mismatched and flooring could be updated. Maybe some new blankets would be nice, they were kind of faded and pilled.

The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Area it's in is very quiet and peaceful, no lights (which is a major plus for us), and surrounded by trees . Small number of rooms, making it more of a homey feel. Owners seem to care about you. Nice selection of TV offerings and the owners have a huge selection of movies to watch. There are trails within walking distance.
