United StatesCleanliness. Bugs in bathroom , did not use shower . Carpet filthy. No more mud price motels for us. I should be able to expect clean and not worry about bed bugs or catching something. Result poor night sleep It was gross .
Didn’t eat breakfast , lobby and carpet were filthy.... wouldn’t eat in such a dirty facility. I will definitely need to up grade and pay more to get a better facility I am comfortable in.

United StatesOf all the hotels/lodges I have stayed, i had the worst experience here. When I entered the room, I was feeling the dust. Initially I thought that it might be due to room being closed and started settling in the room. However, when the issue did not subsidized even after 30min then I reported it to front desk. I was told that this could be due to the dust entering A/C due to wind outside and they can't do much about it. I was feeling issue till late in night and had to even get a nasal spray for my kid. Otherwise, room had all the committed facilities available and working.

United StatesThe place was garbage. Seemed liked everything was 30 years old. Stains all over the bathroom, extremely loud AC unit, "breakfast" was a juice box, packaged muffin and a cup of Dole fruit.
There was absolutely nothing to like about the hotel, except the receptionist the evening we checked in. She was busy but courteous and kind. Everything else screamed "never stay in a Super 8 again!"

United StatesI had unforeseen issues that came up and the property first refused to refund when we weren’t able to make it to the property. Then When I requested to change the date to the following week when we would be able to use the room, but the property told me all sales final.
I really enjoyed getting charged for a room when I wasn’t able to stay in it.

GermanyAircon didn't work. Only after a HUGE argument, we were put to another room. Totally unfriendly staff. Breakfast is officially served until 9. We were there at 8:50, with nothing left except juice and coffee. When we asked, we were told in a very rude way, that yes, there is breakfast: coffee and juice- what!?? LAdy in room next to us was bitten by a bed bug. The room wasso dirty! Never again!

United StatesI understand that we booked just 1 night but seriously: why we had to be put next to the ice machine which was on the corridor right front of our door and was very noisy during the whole night?! Staff was so so ….. I actually haven’t seen any smile on their face…. If I am not mistaken breakfast was mentioned in the descreption of the hotel which was a JOKE: at the front desk were small yogurts and small juices placed ….
