Thin walls in regards noise levels but still slept very well and comfortable and it was quiet for the most part it was mostly just being able to hear people coming and going or talking or going up/down the stairs etc. But that has not and will not prevent me from choosing this place for a great place to stay when needed.

Walls aren’t very thick so it was really easy to hear everyone and everything going on, people coming in/out/talking/cooking!/going up and down the stairs/opening and shutting doors etc, that being said…it was still a nice stay and can’t beat the price for what they offer with room size/extra free amenities etc.

It was all good.

It was pleasant to find cereal and oatmeal with milk and juice available for breakfast. We also utilized the hot water appliance for hot chocolate and to prepare cup of noodles in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food option close by, as well as a Costco but our needs were met right at the property. We would absolutely recommend this property. The hosts were very good to work with by telephone and texting, but were not seen at the property.

The check in was super easy and extremely convenient and fast, did not even have to interact with anyone for check on or check out-which I preferably liked, no extra hassles to deal with or extra fees or deposit nonsense that typically has to be done at other stay hotels etc, it was quiet, nice shower, clean soft towels, amenities provided, the bed was very very comfortable, free Wi-Fi and internet and tv services, free breakfast, a shared bathroom with a few other guests whom I did not know was different but absolutely fine for me-just reminded me of my college days:). There was a shared kitchen, and shared family room that guests were welcome to I think-I however did not need them at this stay. The price beat out any other guests house and definitely worth price over dirty cheap motels or hotels around. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and will stay here again in the future if needed. 4/5 stars from me!!

The desk chair could have been more comfortable and the desk height lower to facilitate actual computer work. Neither were show stoppers.

The mattress was exceptionally firm, which made for a rougher sleep. The floors are creaky which made me worry about disrupting the other guests. The ceiling fan is a bit low and one could hit their head on it. The house is located next to a busy road so there is some road noise and foot traffic which encouraged me to keep my blinds closed.

Room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The WiFi was excellent. Very clean and neat. Quiet with the exception of some loud children staying in nearby rooms, but they quieted down at a good hour. The living area is neat and was largely unoccupied, making for a quiet getaway. Location is convenient for food, shopping, and the universities.

It was O.K. for me, but it is upstairs and could be a problem for some. I was not met by an adult who could sign me in, and that disturbed me a bit. I never did see the owner.

The place was very clean. The room was as advertised, and the bed was comfortable. The temperature was just right, and the place was very quiet, although it was on a very busy street.

* No host nor hostess, neither owner nor manager were present at any given time in the property, ONLY guests. * All the process was done digital and the manager or owner only communicated via text when it was convenient for them. The same about answering phone calls when it worked for them. * We were met as soon as we got in the front door by a guest, that his 'hello/welcome' was telling us how his country was better than America. We felt insulted, because we are a Military family!! * The heater wasn't on, and we have to request to be turned on. * The place was clean, but stunk!! * We ONLY spent 1 night from the 3 that we paid for, because a second male guest was walking in the common areas including the kitchen with ONLY a towel on!! ** WE FELT UNSAFE SINCE THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED!! * We didn't last not even the 24 hours for the reason of feeling unsafe!!

It was loud it was wired like a bording house and the owner was rude and disrespectful the food I brought with me to eat was stollen by other people and it was not a enjoyable stay honestly I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there it was honestly miserable

There was no phone number or access code for the door on the itenerary. When we got there the was no light on the front porch and we had to hunt for the address. We met another tenent and he had the phone number. We called and the person who answered had a terrible connection (don't think it was me. I was outside and had excellent connection with others) after being hung up on 4 or 5 times someone texted me. We final got into the room. It was good until I got in bed. It was hard and lumpy.
