Splendid and cosy stay in a unique environment
    • Leisure trip

    • King Room - Disability Access
    • Stayed 3 nights

I understand it’s a popular location but the price was too high in my opinion. Especially considering there’s no front desk so you don’t really see anyone during your stay. So no salaries to pay really…

Spotless and brand new property. Loved the size of the room and super comfy bed. Maybe the Kitchen could have been bigger, just comfortable enough for two people. Loved the changing Colours light shower. Loved the amenities and candies left as a welcome treat. Would recommend! They give you a voucher for breakfast in a nearby cafe which was very good.

Not good value for the price - the rack rate was fine, the extra $160 in taxes and fees was shocking! A breakfast voucher for $10.95 was a slap in the face

    Nice location, clean and quiet

There is no staff for check in. And we left early and stayed late in Yellowstone each day so no way to get something if we needed it. We were fine though as the room was well stocked.

Very comfy room and bed. We've been traveling for 2 weeks and it's the first place that had coffee mugs in the room (and hot chocolate for the Kurig).

No air conditioning!! It took 4 hours the first night to cool down! The latch to the bathroom door didn’t work and the very top blanket had a few stains on it! The wine glasses were dirty!

I like how there’s a code on the door and you don’t have to worry about a key! The bed was comfortable!

Shower could have had more power. It kept going back and forth between a strong and weak stream.

The staff was relatively easy to get in touch with. There was a fan provided which was nice and it was clean (the room)

The room is a bit small for three people and their luggages. There isn't a front desk. You do receive an email for the check-in instructions, but it feels weird.

Mugs were provided in the room. The trashcan was pretty big. The parking spots at the motel are big.

The worst problem - there is no freezer in room 29, just a small “wine cooler” type fridge. There was no ice machine at the property and no reception or service staff so we had to go and buy ice each day in town and keep it in a cooler. Also, there is no mirror over the sink ( in fact it’s a widow ) so that made shaving hard for men. And, the closet rail was in front of fridge so if you hang clothes up u can’t open the fridge/ cooler door.

Great location. Comfy bed. Complimentary breakfast voucher. Coffee machine with pods. Hotel style toiletries.

Yep, we loved our stay. The owner was a lovely woman who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We stayed a couple nights, using this motel as a base for exploring Yellowstone. It is an older drive-up motel with a courtyard, set away from yet within walking distance from the downtown in West Yellowstone. Great care was given to maintaining the property, Excellent value!

    No complaints

Close to west yellowstone entrance. All the amenities needed. Easy to call for help. Contactless check-in but once I understood it was easy. Bed comfortable. Agree with other reviews that there was no a/c but 30 degrees outside and the room was warm and cozy. Actually needed to turn the fan on.. Would definitely try to book again. Oh, it was quiet not on main streets so little traffic.

Short story: the technician entered my room without my permission and left the door unlocked. Long story: when I was driving back to the hotel, I received a voicemail asking my permission to enter the room. I didn't give that permission and just ignored the voicemail. When I arrived, I realized that the door was unlocked and someone had already been inside. I called the management and talked to the supervisor, who apologized and offered to "make it up to me". She promised to refund one night of my stay. She never refunded anything. I cannot recommend this place if you value your privacy.

    Nothing.
