Check in. That is not right! first it has been asked to check in online with the (forced) request to upload ID (?? why? what you will do with that information? how is it stored? when it will be deleted??? with CC information, too) and there is no clear indication that the usual in person process can be done. Then you come to discover online check in was not enough: you still have to go at the front desk (nice people following orders) and provide cc, car plate and everything it was already asked online. Not nice, not right. Checkout at 10.00am while in vacation... well, it does not need any comments.

Nice hotel, staff (especially bellmen outside), room size and overall cleanliness but shower has a strange head that force you to wash hair (no shower cap was present).

It's expensive and I greatly disliked hotel attempting to cash in on my late departure flight as I had 11pm flight and they would have charged me for another day if I hadn't checked out by 2pm. This was even more annoying because I was a return client !

Delightfully furbished apartment including a record player and fireplace and balcony. .Also it's quiet cf other LA hotels and short walk to coffee shops and good restaurants . Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has good parking gymnasium and laundry facilities and each room has an adequate kitchen

Great staff, very accommodating. Was able to organise a late checkout due to a late flight. Also a great location to stay in. Walking distance from shops, bars and resturants.

parking is pricey but I think it’s comparable unfortunately for the area. We loved that the hotel had water floaters, but after two days of littler kids, they were destroyed and not replaced…which would have been nice if they were replaced…such a minor thing.

Le Parc was perfect for us! The rooftop pool was clean, amazing view and perfect size…great place to start and end our days! We love to walk and the location was perfect for that! parking was easy and we came and went no problem. our room was so fun, the decor was unique and we loved it! The rooms were also very spacious, we liked having a kitchenette and large king size bed. Our teen slept very well on the pullout, which we just left out as a bed during our stay.

The fact that overnight parking was extra and that it was $55/night was really annoying. The reception staff could have been a little friendlier but were good in general.

Location was amazing! The hotel was very clean and the room beautiful and comfortable.
