One annoyance was the very loud sound of running showers in adjacent rooms. Not much to do about that, though.

Rooms were well appointed. Pool and patio area looked very nice but we didn’t use either. We only spent one night and in late and out early. We don’t get much of a chance to employ motels or hotels in Santa Barbara because we have children who have homes there but were unavailable for us to stay.

One thing that stands out is the noticeably small TV’s. You could definitely upgrade them. At 57, I had difficulty viewing anything in print on your TV.

The pool, bar, and restaurant make the hotel exceptional and the reason I keep returning.

The room seemed to have a little higher humidity than expected, but we did have rain the day we arrived which is probably the reason.

The Staff was Great! The Stay was very nice and we slept well.

The sinks Drains we’re about 3/4 plugged. Not good when your brushing your teeth and use the water at the same time.

the retautant wasn't openend early enough( 9.a.m.) to be able eat there. I chose your accommodation so we would be able have breakfast before we got back on the road. The desk clerk suggested a place to eat with in short walk. Luckily "Daily" was opened and we had a fast food breakfast. There wasn't enough shampoo or bar soap for 3 guests.0 pened late

Expensive for what it is, over rated, no breakfast, noisy neighbours, the crocodile restaurant is expensive.

The location was excellent, the room is big, comfortable bed, free parking. There was a nice place to eat at the back of the hotel opposite the market outlet for groceries.

Not the hotel's fault but the neighbors on one side were playing loud music and next night banging doors. The room itself was nice but they should upgrade their bathrooms.

The grounds are beautiful! Jasmine and trees everywhere, my sister and I loved to sit out on our little courtyard and smell the gorgeous flowers. The staff at the desk and in the restaruant were very friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable.

Beds were soft and not comfortable, the AC fan rattled, the room smelled musty, the coffee maker was dirty, very sparse amenities, staff lost something we asked them to store for us.

The balcony and opening french doors were very nice. Location is very convenient and parking was easy.

The room did not look as it did in the pictures. The room smelled musty and was extremely humid as it had no ventilation. The fridge did not work was not on when we arrived and was extremely loud. When we did turn it on. There were outlets with covers hanging off, plugs were loose, cords on the floor. Bed made noise and moved every time one of us moved and was extremely hard.

The location was great. Close to where we needed to be.

The room: Smelled, walls were dirty, electrical outlets nonfunctional, floor was filthy, toilet was not properly mounted/moved when sitting on it, toilet paper holder was falling off, strange adjoining doors with lights coming thru all night, decorative bed pillows were falling apart, random stickers on bathroom wall, short spout on bathroom sink caused water to go all over the counter, front door lock was not properly mounted. We had traveled all day and were sooo tired that I just did not have the energy to argue or insist on another room.

I always love coming here. The room was okay. But the courtyard, pool and restaurant makes you feel like you are on a tropical island. So much so I went to the bar asking for an umbrella drink🍹🌴

Always a pleasure to relax on the patio or in the rooms—like staying in a garden resort but really convenient to downtown too. Great walking around, through beautiful neighborhoods but close to restaurants too!
