Everything ! Ther sheer size and elegance of the apartment...we could have played tennis in it ! The location is fabulous and pools are stunning. For once the pictures do not reflect reality which is far better !! The place is super close to Disney World and a 30' drive to Universal Studios. We will return !! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderfull time !

The property was very clean and we felt very secured when returning from our late night adventure at Disney.

The carpets could be cleaner. The furniture and cabinets were a bit banged up. There were not enough shuttles to the theme parks and they left too early.

The room was spacious. The kitchen was well- appointed. The laundry area was large and the machines were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The screened balcony was great!

Hotel room was very clean. Staff was friendly and the pool area was never packed. Plenty of lounge chairs available.

Rooms were huge and clean . Very lovely property! We arrived late - 12 midnight , due to the airline delays but they left all the room key cards with the security ! We rented a 3 bedroom apartment! All gorgeous and clean! The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals .

Handy for all the Orlando attractions, very clean and roomy. Great choice of 3 pools.

Didn’t really like the system that they have for the grill. Wasn’t able to grill due to the other resident had the grill key but wasn’t at the grill area.

I stayed at the Berkley several years ago and it is just as nice today as it was back then. Very clean and spacious apartments with all amenities included. Keep this up and I'll keep coming back!

We are family of 5, stayed in the apartment for 7 nights. 2 bedroom apartment + living room with sofa bed 1. great staff service and hospitality, trash removal from door step every morning, night guard in entrance. 2. apartment was comfort, clean, well equipped with: washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, TVs, air conditioning, etc. 3. many wide parking slots 4. big and clean pool, locked at 22:00 to avoid noise, big and well equipped fitnes venter. 5. Great location with proximity to highways and supermarkets, Disney parks are 15 min away, universal: 35 minutes away. 6. Overall great value for money.

extremely rude front desk staff. couldn’t be bothered with questions. clear that one of the front desk girls had a Bronx attitude. all sitting around gossiping.

The pool hours were only 9am-10pm (with someone giving a ten minute warning at 9:40pm). Would have loved to swim earlier in the day before heading out to our adventures, and have a quiet swim when we got home to cool off from days at the theme parks. Music by the pool was very loud, we would have preferred a quieter pool at 9am and then maybe some louder hours in the afternoon. It was quite a long drive to Universal with lots of traffic at all times of the day. No walking paths near by. Would have enjoyed if the staircases out back led to the pool quicker or at least led somewhere other than the having to wrap all the way back to the front. Early check out with no accommodations or care for those with a late flight. We had to check out at 10am. The week before we had arrived close to midnight and then our return flight wasn’t until 9:35pm.

The room was very spacious and had all the amenities we would want. The pool was large, warm, and nearly always empty. We booked early so we got a great deal on our room. Plenty of towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies were delivered again half way through the week. Well equipped kitchen met all of our cooking needs. Workout room was great and nearly always empty.

We are from Canada visited Walt Disney. This was the second time we choose Berkley because the facility is clean. You got everything you need in this place. Staff are very friendly and the pool is clean and heater is always on. LOVE the place. Would definitely recommend the place.
