    The floor was dirty.

It was very cute and cosy. Our suit was spacious. The staff was super friendly. We stayed only for one night but we could spend the day after our checkout on the property using all the amenities they were offering. They had a ton of board games for guests to use.

It would be nice to be able to charge food/beverages from the restaurant/bar to the room. The elevator is outdated and needs to be replaced.

Was nice having a restaurant/bar on the property.

The property is on a land strip where there is quite some traffic. The breakfast is not complimentary as communicated.

Love the house we stayed in, we wanted to stay much longer, it was so nice. Lovely white sandy waterfront area and down to earth attitude.

First we stayed at a room that was very far from the main property by the beach. Also the room could have been cleaner and the cleaning material they used for the floor left it very sticky.

Flexibility of the staff. Quality of the room (bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and big enough). View from the room that was at the main property by the bay. Great facilities - free tennis, pickleball and kayak / paddleboard.

Advertised was a private pool at the townhouses but there was no pool. Looks like one was being built nut not as advertised. Could use more living room furniture. Not good seating for 6 people.

Beach area was great and a very nice pool. Rooms were clean. Restaurant had good food and generous portions. Family loved the facilities. Loved the decks off the living and bedroom areas.

The room seemed a little tired and perhaps needs some new fixtures and fittings. The curtains in the bedroom didn’t cover the whole sliding door and there was no blackout available so we were unable to get good quality sleep

We booked an hour before check in. Everything was ready and the staff were exceptional. We had all the amenities we needed including pool towels, bottles of water in the fridge and coffee in the kitchen. 2 Massive TVs and at the door parking.

The room had a mild mildew smell, to be expected from an older updated building on the water, but not unbearable. The front desk person called the day prior to ask what time we would be arriving, which was surprising. We were not sure, but she really wanted to know.

Very clean and happy atmosphere. Cleaning staff was very courteous. They had kayaks and bikes to use when you want. The pool was great! The property was very well kept and beautiful.

Lovely resort, comfortable stay, loved the ocean here.

The windows did open, which was great, however, there were no screens on them, so quickly the mosquitos and tiny no-see-ums were in our room, so we couldn't leave them open. We are not fond of AC, so it would have been nice if we could open the windows for fresh air. There was a decent ceiling fan though. The restaurant/ bar on site is fine if you like loud music, with lots of TV screens showing sports or music videos. The food was typical American style, good for the American palate.

We had a very comfortable room, with good vistas towards pool and ocean, as well as towards the eating establishment and road beyond. Very comfortable bed, beautifully decorated room with soft pastel tones, bathroom was good too. There was table and chairs on the covered veranda/ walkway in front of our room, which was nice to have good sea air and vistas. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The price was a bit high, but if you factor in the amenities like kayaks and SUP boards, all with good life jackets, etc, the value is a bit better. This was our first trip to the keys, and we are glad we could enjoy a few days there on our stopover in Florida. We chose a great location, roughly midway the length of the keys, so we didn't have to drive so far on limited time, while still finding a relaxing place to stay. The ceiling fan was good for ventilation, cause we don't like using AC.

Perfect for our first time in the Keys

There are not a lot of dining options nearby. You need to drive to Marathon or Islamorada about 20 minutes in either direction. It is close to highway 1 so some road noise. Maybe it wouldn't be as bad in certain locations within resort. We had housekeeping services twice during our stay. They did not seem to replace our towels, water bottles or coffee and had to ask for more toilet paper. Should just be replaced automatically.

Very quaint and very nicely maintained grounds. Although there were plenty of other guests, it never felt crowded. Nice beach areas to sit and pool small but nice. Nice pier for fishing. Fantastic views of sunsets. Liked the balcony although ours was not private. Nice to have assigned parking. Restaurant/bar on property which was convenient but I don't think actually owned by resort. Location in middle of the Keys. Would not hesitate to stay again. Great key lime popsicles for sale in gift shop!

The resort is adjacent to route 1. Although the amenities are in the back, you do pick up a little road noise.

There's a small restaurant just next door, which means you don't need to drive for a meal. Also, there's a convenience store across the street, with all the essentials. The resorts have bikes you can borrow. It's the perfect location to pedal a beach cruiser. And then there are the hammocks.
