I did not have a working email and we were not notified that check-in was at another location down the street several blocks. Also, we reserved a pet room which was on the second floor. This was not very convenient for taking your dog out to toilet in the late evening or early morning and there was no specified area for toileting, your dog. There was no one on the property if you needed assistance, you needed to call the location down the street where you checked in. Also, we were unable to get into the breakfast area because we had already checked out and we’re not advised that you needed a key to enter.

They Location was convenient for shopping in the Berlin area. The room appeared to be clean.

You have to go to another hotel to check in and out. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast is terrible. We arrived at 10:45 only to get orange juice and the lady was turning off the machine and said it was closed.

This property is not staffed. People were smoking on the property near our room. Young men were partying and using foul language outside our door until after midnight for two nights. The shower head was broken and the a/c wasn’t working properly. The bath towels are very flimsy. This property charges too much for how poorly it’s managed and maintained.

We had to check-in at another location Berlin Heritage Inn). Our room had BUGS (not bedbugs)! I called the other location and informed them of what we found. They moved us to the Berlin Heritage Inn. Everything was GREAT at this location!

Had to check in at a totally different hotel, breakfast was served at the other hotel, no one was on the premise if you needed anything. The lady that checked me in needs customer service positive training.

The woman checking us in was rude and condescending. I left the lobby in tears, wishing we hadn't made the 4 hour drive. It was definitely not a good start to our mini vacation.

The property is in an excellent location. The room was very clean and comfortable. We love where the ice machine is and you have to have a key card to get in there and to the breakfast. We loved everything about it. We will be staying there again. We stayed once before this stay and we loved it also. I think it was in August of last year.
