We were in town for work and this location was exactly where we needed to be! It was a short uber ride to our destination and there were things to do within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

The one-ply toilet paper supplied was ghastly (like sandpaper) and necessitated a quick trip to the local supermarket to get something better. This is a tiny cost for the owner/manger in context and was disappointing given the cost to stay. The sofa bed is not comfortable so this unit will be best for two persons who can share the double bed only. In desperate need of some towel rails or hooks in the bathroom. We noted that maintenance items from customer reviews several months prior to our stay were still outstanding when we stayed.

Customer service was exceptionally good with prompt communication and excellent follow up. Good kitchen and appliances. Location very good .... and also not so good. E 62nd St seems to be one of the main feeder roads for FDR Dr from the Queensboro Bridge so is busy with lots of traffic noise (incl vehicle horns) all night long. Older building so poor acoustic insulation exacerbates this issue. An excellent diner (the 'Ritz Diner') a short walk away on the corner on E 62nd St and 1st Ave is worth a visit for that quintessential New York diner experience.

My ONLY complaint was I wish we had at least 2-3 more coffee pods, or ground coffee on site. That is literally my only wish!

Property was well maintained, GREAT communication with property owner/liaisons. Seamless in gaining access to property, which is usually a hang-up when entering properties in NYC.
