our key card malfunctioned and delayed our getting into the room for about 30 minutes.

The bedroom was big and clean. The hotel is in a good location near to many restaurants and other services.

Some minor things like bathroom door scraping the floor, small hole in wall behind the door from the handle. Thin towels.

Location to Magic Kingdom, Target and Food Truck spot. Very friendly lady at front desk. Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Pool. Decent wifi. Tv.

For the price it did the job we slept well. the bathtub drain was broke so I just used a wash cloth to hold the water in.

We really liked about the hotel, that it was super close to the Magic Kingdom, the check in was easy even though we arrived super late, the communication went smooth and the room was really comfortable.

the location is close to the 192 so if you get noisy people in cars you hear it But it is still worth staying here !

Good afternoon, Pictures are deceiving...nothing like the pictures show or the rating noted. Given our situation with our original hotel being cancelled and no notification until I pulled up, and the price charged per night...more like a Motel than Hotel CONS: Rooms need better cleaning, especially bathroom and floors.;some visible mold,   A/C needs service, not cooling as it should with thermostat, linens, towels and pillows need replacement, under renovation or something (drilling at 8:00 a.m. in room across) and nowhere anything about it, including Booking.com., not an appealing pool, very small. PROS: Close to everything, including WDW parks, front desk personnel really nice and accommodating when possible...limited parking. I wish I would've taken pictures. Dorian Moure

We were told that the pool was heated the water was very cold checked it a few days later it was warmer they only cleaned our room once in 7 days we had three rooms had to take towels down to front desk to get clean ones and to dump our garbage into a bigger garbage can outside my three year old grandson dropped the seat on the toilet it broke the toilet which just dropping the seat should not of broke the toilet we were in shock that it broke they charged us $200 for it it should of never broke for the seat dropping on it it not like we damaged the toilet purposely it was an accident none of the other two rooms had any problems and our feet and socks were black the floors were filthy I don’t recommend staying at this property

The room facilities were very poor, and the front desk attitude was also very bad. I booked the hotel because I saw a rating of 7.5 on booking.com, but it turned out to be misleading and completely did not meet expectations.

The room was very cold, and there were no blankets provided, only a thin blanket that resembled a bath towel. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, so I changed hotels after just one night. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

Road noise is quite loud and all night. Not overly clean. Not enough towels for people booked. Front desk staff not really friendly.

There were several places in the room that had black mold on the ceiling and walls and corners behind the chair by the cooler had a lot of spiderwebs and bugs. Not much you can do about the water smelling sulfury but bottled water was for sale in the office so that was nice. The pool was cold but clean.

Very old place ,inside have very pungent mold smell, parking very tight, there was no shampoo/bodywash/ hand soap the towels had stains on them.... bed made me itch there was a nonrefundable policy or else i would have went elsewhere because it looks like a motel when i arrived, they will find reasons to keep your deposit, very unprofessional..... impossible to talk to management , no parking space, i would rather go hotel nearby same price, i would never come back to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone
