Upon walking in, the beds looked like someone slept in them. There were no pillow cases on the pillows. One pillow had a black stain on it. The floor was filthy, socks and feet were black after walking on them. There were dead flies in the corners of the room.

Rooms inside were partially updated. The staff was polite and brought clean pillow cases and pillows right away. The bar staff were pleasant .

We were put into a second floor room, with no elevator. Had two people who were handicapped. The floor on the outside of the structure on the second floor had pieces of cement laying about, with some holes where you can see the rebar in the floor. This was very unsafe. Room was not cleaned completely, found a small booze bottle in the room and the refrigerator was not cold. Will not be staying here again.

Breakfast was satisfactory.

The fact that ceilings were so thin that the people above us kept us up listening to their drunken activities. And the fact that it wasn’t really clean (cob webs, sheets with holes, not enough towels or blankets, hair in drain of tub and pieces of soap in the tub).

The room was cold, the heat didn't work, no ice machine near our building that worked. The cover was itchy and didn't stay on the bed. The soap and towels were hard and dry

The hotel did not have our booking from Booking. com. This being said, we had to book another room, and pay a higher price. The following day, I received emails stating my reservation was canceled and may be charged for the no show, even though we were there. I was to be contacted by the manager and have not been.

The room smelled, the bedding was questionable and old and we could hear the people beside us as if they were in our room.

While we had fresh bath towels every day, we weren't brought anything else (washcloths, kleenex, toilet paper, coffee supplies, trash emptied, laundry pickup, etc.). However, I'm certain if we had called the front desk they would have been very accommodating! While both rooms we've stayed in have been nicely and freshly remodeled/painted, It seems like some things were maybe temporary or haven't been done yet... For instance, the holes in the drywall under the sink light were just painted over, not repaired. The bathroom door had paint overspray and old hardware holes in it (it also didn't lock), and the bathroom ceiling tiles could stand to be replaced. It could also use more patio style chairs & cigarette butt containers. We could have used more outlets in a 3 bed room and maybe some type of night lighting. Nothing that will keep us from coming back & the price is absolutely affordable!

Although you have to check in at the Best Western in front of the Days Inn, the ease of check in is super & the staff has always been friendly! Although we didn't get to take advantage of it, we were offered use of the Best Western's breakfast & pool facilities! We will definitely try to take advantage in the future! The option to get a 3 bed room was nothing we had ever seen before and was absolutely perfect for our Country Fest group! We were also happy that it was on the ground floor!

Hard to find as it shares the check in with Best Western, Had trouble finding the the location as We had to go through Best Western property. Once checked in at Best western for Days Inn we were all set

2 night stay. There was only 2 towels. 1 coffee packet. The main door was dirty. Soap scum on the shower walls. Air conditioner temp knob was broken and just spun around.

we were double charged. staff denied this. they wouldn’t comp us or even offer a free meal. we had just enough for the night and for a nice dinner. lady at front desk was super rude and cops ended up being called. they owe us 159, and we are going to corporate with it and possible legal actions. mistakes happen, but they bold face lied about it and denied it. I even showed the police my bank app where we were charged twice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The only thing I can really say is the tub in bathroom had a couple small cracks in the finish, and we had to hold the toilet handle down when flushing it.

I loved how comfortable & clean the suite was. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub is amazing. The staff was amazing! Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

that it wasn’t, including with the best Western that there wasn’t any breakfast included in the price that you couldn’t use the pool that was included with the best Western, and when we made the reservations they did not tell us this information The pool at the Best Western was not very clean I had broke out in hives from swim in the pool For us to get the breakfast and use the pool we had to upgrade to the Best Western Also the breakfast at the Best Western was the same thing and not very good We made reservations at the Days inn which was better then Best Western Days Inn room bigger and better we’ll keep
