0! I would go negative if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I will start by saying the staff was pleasant and seemed to be doing the best they could with what they had so no I did not complain. Frankly, with how bad the place was, they are fully aware what the hotel rooms are like because it’s been bad for a long time given the state of things and didn’t need one more person saying something. The hotel is by far the worst excuse of a hotel I have ever stayed in. The toilet, phone (unplugged, missing buttons and disgusting brown something all over it), lamp (unplugged, one socket hanging out which could easily have electrocuted me if it was plugged in) all didn’t work. I had to take the back off the toilet to flush it and even then it didn’t go down all the way. Had to go to the front desk bc no toilet paper was in the room. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked above the toilet into the light fixture then flowed over that…at least it leaked into the toilet but it caused us to not be able to sit and use it! No toiletries but I bring my own so that’s not a huge problem for me. The sheets had stains. Bugs in the bathroom both behind the toilet and a ton inside the light fixture. Paint missing off walls. Paint and wood chipped from doors and other furniture. The pillows were horribly old and lumpy. There was no breakfast available which was advertised (granted, I wouldn’t have wanted food in that place anyway). The whole place was disgusting with halls that hadn’t been vacuumed in months. A giant pile of garbage overflowed trash cans in the side door entryway. Any hard floor I walked on was sticky both in the room and out of the room. Ice machine didn’t work. Both bathrooms in lobby didn’t work. Lock on the exterior door (not the front entrance) didn’t work. Our keycard stopped working after the first night. When we tried to check in at 6 there was still no room ready for us (check in was at 3). The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke even though it’s smoke free.

Everything!! This place was disgusting. Nothing worked, the tv, the ice machine, the security door. The rooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. If the city hadn’t been sold out we would have gone anywhere else.

The front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. The location is pretty good.

It seemed a little ran down and poorly maintained. There wasn't a remote for the t.v., the coffee maker and half the lights didn't work. The cleanliness was lacking and trash was over flowing in the common areas

I knew the rating of the hotel was below 5.0, but we needed a bed and 2 towels for one night. TV did not work because of a storm the previous day. Hotel receptionist was so kind and happy. Toilet was missing a bolt and tipped slightly when getting. I reported that to the front desk. Carpet needed to be seriously cleaned in the room. No smell though! Locations was fantastic. Parking was great.

Fix things that are broken and buy new linen. Daily house cleaning would be nice. There was no breakfast.

The first room we checked into the carpet was soaking wet. We found it to the the dirty water from the toilet to be the source of the water. The bed was dirty and, the room smelled musty. The second room we were switched to the door wouldn't lock. There was a hole in the wall that looked like someone had been thrown through the wall. The room across the halls door was kicked in and the jam was busted. If we had one word to best describe this hotel. it would be. UNINHABITABLE!!!!

Nothing!!!! This was the worst hotel I've ever been to! I would recommend Booking.com to remove this property from its listings!

the sheets were stained, carpet stained, smelled like smoke and mildew, toilet was leaking, smoke detector was ripped out, mattress was stained, pillows were stained. not a single part of it was clean

This hotel is horrid, it reeked of cigarettes and Pot. It was filthy and there are obvious signs of prostotution and drug dealing. It should be shut down! The first room I was given the door nearly fell off the hinges and once inside none of the lights worked. The door on the second room was also loose on it's hinges but the lights worked, however the locking mechanism was broken so I barricaded the door with the ironing board. The window didn't lock and was partially off the track.

This place was a fire hazard and nightmare. First of all I had to sign a release stating we couldn’t request a refund after we were there 30 minutes which was odd and nonsense. Once there we knew why! ceiling tiles were out showing the wiring. Smoke detectors had been removed. The room door was off the hinge and literally had to lift the door to shut it. There was garbage in the stair area that had not been emptied for days and smelled like a garbage dump. There was no daily cleaning service and to get clean linens we were required to take dirty linens to front desk and ask for clean ones. We did not feel safe while there. The place was so dirty there was no way we would eat there food. I don’t live in filth at home and certainly don’t expect to pay to stay at a hotel that probably needs shut down. We decided to leave a day early it was so horrible. As far as your booking service I will never use it again. I was told I could cancel or change my reservation up until May 9 when I looked into making changes the date had been changed to March 9 and a charge would be assessed. I don’t think this is anyway to have a successful business and I don’t plan to use or recommend this service

the building was falling apart (siding falling down, windows broken), smelled like cigarettes, holes in the walls, carpet and room were dirty and not cleaned.

A board sticking out from under the bed that hit my shin on as I helped my aging Mom into her bed. Also, outlet not having covers on them and some of them not working. Walls were thin enough that we could hear the people in the next room verbally abusively fighting into the late night hours. I was not sure if a shot would come from there at anytime.

Having a place to rest close to hospital was super important. Having a good heating system and a refrigerator working to make Mom comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and allowed for sleep.

Everything else. Unsuitable mold filled rooms with dead cockroaches spatter with blood on drapes. the ceiling had a huge leak from above the 3rd floor changing bc ceiling rust color. “Workers” around at 2am on a Saturday remodeling? I smell cow poo. Filter to bathroom and A/C haven’t been checked for years. Trap house vibes too. No secure top lock latch. No phones. No Batteries to remote. No cable when tv was finally turned on. 0.5/5. Just horrendous. i have pictures too!!!
