Our room was quite small, but it is reflected in the price. If you have 2 luggage or a large one you will have trouble finding a place for them. Staff was really nice and the hotel was tasetfully furbished, the bathroom is large espexially in comparison to the bedroom. Breakfast was not included but you get a 25 USD voucher to use in the restaurant.

The lift was tiny and made weird beeping noises throughout the night that I could hear from the room.

The location was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the shower was so good!

Food quality variable and evidence of unnecessary scimping on portions. V small shepherds pie with no veg and tasteless fish and chips. Awkward narrow room with iron bed stands that appeared to retract into wall that I kept bumping into.

Friendly staff, great location. Very clean. Nice bathroom. Towels and linen nice quality. Burger quality great.

Lovely breakfast, Perfect location, small room but lovely and clean and airy. Lovely friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. Lovely warm welcome on arrival with prosecco and treats in room. Staff very helpful.

Such a lovely place to be - beautiful newly renovated small mansion next to TSQ. I was traveling alone for my birthday :-( I truly felt home. Shauna & Sebastian spoiled me like a queen. Thank you kindly for showing love. Thanks for the birthday surprise. Breakfast, bar and food were classy and delicious. I will definitely come back <3 GREAT Place

Elevator is quite small. Other than this very minor issue, it was perfect.

Although a small hotel, it is very comfortable and has everything that you need. Location is perfect, just off Times Square and you are in the heart of everything. Hotel is very clean and modern.

Room was a bit on the small side - but frankly it was good enough for a busy weekend in NYC

Outstanding location for Times Square, the theatre district and Fifth Avenue. Lovely characterful building, really friendly staff and a super bar and small restaurant, with good food for breakfast. They also chucked in a $25 a day voucher to be used on the restaurant and bar, which we did for breakfast every day.

The restaurants, decor, and ambience is a perfect setting for fine dining in Manhattan Spaces were definitely my family‘s favorite part of the property.

This is an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of mid-town. Upscale European decor and a wonderful Irish breakfast. The staff is also warm and friendly. For a lively evening, Connoly's, next door, is a must. The Perfect Pint is 2 doors down as well. I can't wait to return!

Perfect location in central of NY, yet an oasis of quiet calm. Small room, but as expected for such a central location - clean and tastefully decorated. Friendly, welcoming staff, who looked after us very well. Fabulous restaurant, varied menu for breakfast and dinner, and very accommodating of dietary intolerances. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

There was nothing I didn't like. Any tiny hiccup was resolved quickly and courteously.

Staff were amazing and the welcome especially delightful considering that the property is in the heart of Manhattan. I was on a theatre trip and every theatre was within easy walking distance. Considering the location, they have done wonders to ensure that any ambient noise from outside is blocked completely.

Only complaint we have is construction noise down the street that went on throughout the night but the hotel doesn’t control that.

Everything was perfect.

I can’t say enough! The staff were SO kind. The location was perfect! The hotel itself is beautifully appointed and the rooms were neat and tidy and quite large! Breakfast in the morning was delightful- a full Irish breakfast. The Irish coffee to go was such a treat as well!
