My only complaint...when we went to jump in the shower, there was only one bath towel. We were naked, so couldn't go get another. Used the hand towels and shared the one towel.

Room furniture in #104. The tv cabinet cannot serve as desk, not enough space in front of tv. Plus, the chair back is tall and has to be moved in order to watch tv from either bed. Plus, when the chair is used as a desk chair it totally blocks access past the tv cabinet (also used as a desk) to the closet/coffeemaker cabinet, the end and far side of the bed and the window/window seat. It is a very inconvenient and annoying layout! The beds and pillows are super comfortable!

The sink was backed up anytime you used it. Tv didn’t work at all, the a/c and heat worked but the buttons were broken and hard to push. Not the cleanest. And my key cards didn’t work half the time.

The hotel was close to the event we went to rooms were okay. Staff was friendly! Shower pressure was perfect!

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable beds. Not enogh plug ins. What plug ins we found were inconveniently located. We needed them to charge our phones. Nothing was by the night stand. Paint needed to be touched up. No hair dryer so I went to bed with wet hair. The kleenex box only had a few kleenex and no extra Kleenex box was left for our use when we were out. Both dead bolds on the door didn't work. The one yhat ypu fold over had a piece broke off so it didn’t work. The one that you turn the knob would not fit into the hole. So we slept with just the door locked. My husband talked to the gal working the next morning about the construction going on in the lobby and she said they were going to remodel all the rooms. I am sure it will be a big improvement and upgrade. We will stay again after remodel is done.

The paint was peeling off the bathroom walls. The walls inside the room had significant scuff and drag marks/gauges from furniture or objects being dragged around. The bathroom floor appeared to not have been swept at all.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The AC was clean and worked fantastic.

The refrigerator in room 217 does not work. The comforter was dirty, but the sheets and towels were very clean!

The options included too much sugar! Waffles, cereal, and muffins have a very high amount of sugar.

The budget breakfast could have been made better by having boiled eggs that were peeled properly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was ok for the price. I didn't expect fried eggs and sausage. The boiled eggs were terrible. They were half frozen. They were peeled improperly so that the egg white was pitted. They looked very unappealing. I gave one a try though and as i said they were half frozen that day. The few oranges that were out appeared old as they appeared slightly shrunken. The trash receptacle was not visible right away. The label was worn out so that other people apparently didn't see it and some litter was left out on counter. There was fresh litter in back of the hotel., It looked like 4 or 5 coffee cups. You could smell the remains of when there used to be smoking allowed in the hotel.. You can't do much about that. In summary the stay was fine. All i needed was a place to sleep, shower and bathroom facilities. TV worked great. WiFi was good.
