The carpet was filthy in the room. Our socks were black on the bottom. We stayed 5 days and had to ask for towels each day.

It could no have been worse. The eggs were rubbery. Not much choice. We did not eat there. Went out for breakfast.

Check in was very long , counter person seemed confused and took forever to check in people . Keys we were given did not work and I had to return to desk to get new. They worked for one entry then next morning they stopped working . Room we were given was adjacent to the lobby , and all night long we could hear the television in the lobby as the volume kept increasing and decreasing . The breakfast selection was terrible and we just left .

Other than location there was no upside .

Though the breakfast selections were decent enough for a Continental breakfast, it was tough for the staff to keep up with demand. Coffee frequently ran out during peak time, and I noticed that some of the choices (like yogurt) also ran out from time to time. Plumbing is an issue. The sight of guests retrieving a plunger from the front desk to handle the inadequate flushing was a little more common than it should have been. The rooms themselves are on the small side with too few outlets, as well as some highly inconvenient placement (the bedside outlets, in particular, are ridiculously hard to access and require guests to crawl under the nightstand to charge their devices). Finally, the pool seemed large enough, but was unusable, even with daytime temps in the upper 80s, as it was not heated.

The staff were all just as pleasant and obliging as they could be under the circumstances. Though the hotel was clearly understaffed, the workers all tried to accommodate our requests to the best of their ability.

Staff at front desk are great ! Room was very clean and beds are super comfortable. Location is perfect for my business travel. I've stayed with you a few times and will definitely be back for business travel.

The pool was flithy. Scum on the side of the pool. Dirt and debrey, looked like it wasn't cleaned in weeks! When I arrived the front desk had no idea where room 108 was, lol it was the first room on first floor steps from the desk. The noise from people slamming their doors was hard to get and stay asleep. Being a female solo traveler I was surprised they put me on the first floor, windows easily to come through. There were no ports for your cell phone. And what with the mirrors on the wall. Gave it an appearance of low end stay.

Filthy. Had to be moved three times. TV does not work in the two rooms we were put in. Sheila was nice but told us to climb up and disconnect the TV and restart. Dangerous at best. Roaches in the room. Carpets on second floor are dirty. No sleep due to noisy guests up all night . Sounded like they were kick boxing! Great for construction workers but not for rest. Husband was having labs at the hospital and we needed sleep. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Hash browns were soggy, eggs were dry.

There is roaches, the tub was slimey , and housekeeping walked in my room 2 hours prior to check out while I was sleeping.

The staff is super friendly at the front desk! They make you feel like family!
