Had to call the office to ask them about the people above us. They ended up having 3 dogs. It sounded like they were playing ball until after 2 a.m.

Only thing I wish they had the thicker comforters still. But I did ask for a blanket and the nice lady at the front desk gave me one

The staff were very nice. I have stayed at this Microtel along with others around the US and the staff here better than most of the ones I have been to. Also the staff at this location were Alot more pleasant than the staff have been before that worked there...not saying all of them were bad. But we had a nice quiet time. Thank you

The parking lot was full of mud from construction next door. The lobby and carpet was full of mud as well. The breakfast options were toast and oatmeal. Very disappointed

I woke up early to the smell of cigarette smoke. The whole floor was to be non-smoking rooms. There was no meat or eggs in the breakfast, only carbs. The only fruit available was a single banana.

The location is convenient to the highway and was quiet (except for the couple across the hall who wanted to argue loudly at 5 am).

Service sucks.

Well I hate it. I book it a week ago. Got there. The front lady was smoking outside. Waiting for her to come in . Them she can't find the booking even when I show her my confirmation number. Them she stops because she got a phone call and talk on phone. She tells me she can find reservation. So I ask her if room open. Yes was open. But she won't rent the room as dame price. So I left upset. When to days inn and got a room. While I was checking in she call me back saying she got my reservation. So told her to cancel. This is the worst service a person can give.

The facility and staff were nice, however the noise was horrible. I was unable to sleep due to a baseball team staying there and kids running up and down the hallway, playing cards at the end of the hallway, adults slamming doors, etc. until appro. 1:00 am. I reported to staff and she felt it was okay to allow the kids playing cards in the hallway instead of in their rooms. I guess she figured that they would quietly play on the floor in the hallway and not have other kids join them or talk loudly- she was wrong!

The air conditioner fan wouldn't stay on and I can hear the people next door having sex all night.

The AC unit turned on every 20 minutes and sounded like a freight train was coming through the building. There were stains on all of the bedding. The room smelt like mildew.

Lady sitting at front door smoking each time I entered or left. She tried to sell me an alcoholic beverage when I arrived. Saw a roach walking across wall when I was trying to get to sleep. I ended up sleeping in my clothes to limit contact with the bed (it just seemed dirty after seeing the bug). The breakfast was disappointing. Rather than a breakfast bar, I had to go to the front desk and request a muffin and a small carton of OJ. This was not what I expected when I booked the room.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.
