How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Overpowering strong smell of incense walking in, very tough on the sinuses! We ask for extra towels and was told they had none.
The hotel seemed clean and the bed linens looked and smelled fresh.

The room had a musty smell from previous smokers. It was a non smoking room but my partner is very sensitive to this smell and so although I'm sure it was clean, the smell still lingered a bit. Though it was fine for a cheap night's stay :) . The lighting was quite harsh in the room, a lamp with a warm bulb would go a long way to making it a more comfortable stay. I was disappointed there wasn't a coffee machine or kettle in the room.
Very affordable, nice vibe room, well decorated for the price, clean, not too much road noise, comfy bed.

We didn’t care for the price for a one night stay, the location, or the lack of breakfast options. They literally only offered cereal, white bread, and waffles and the milk was in large gallons for everyone to use which I felt was disgusting.
The rooms were clean and comfortable!

The bathroom was a bit grungy
Breakfast was basically a waffle, toast, or cereal which was fine for what it was. Staff went above and beyond for accommodation. Hotel rooms were clean and up to date enough for a hot shower and a good nights rest. Definitely wouldn’t have stayed longer than 2 nights though. Located right off of a main highway so there is some noise. For the price tag I was pleased.

Trash in and around hotel, stairwell and just the outside traffic
The room layout, staff was cool no complaints on that in, all and all for the price for a night it was more than expected.

there was looked like blood stain spots on the carpet and the smell of pot was CRAZY didn’t help that a guy was by the side door smoking a joint

The heater wasn't working so had to move to another room but that one wasn't working neither so they brought two electric heaters and the shower and toilet had low water pressure but that was because of the weather
The hotel stay was good staff was friendly and courteous

I spilled cereal. I asked for a broom and dustpan to clean it up. The desk clerk was just sitting at the desk..looked like he was doing homework. Anyway he handed me the broom. I thought he should have offered to sweep it up himself as he wasn't busy.
The clerk when we checked was wonderful.

Unfortunately we won't be able to come back. Our Son is Autistic and we SPECIFICALLY ask about the "pet policy", was told that now animals are allowed and that was NOT the case! First day there was a family with at least FOUR cats and we had to sit in our vehicle until they left. Second day there was a large dog on our floor and again, we had to wait to leave pur room. He can tolerate service animals because they are NOT aggressive and are usually quite. Even our receipt said "no animals on property", yet that obviously didn't happen! We've used this property since 2016 and it's sad that it's come to this.
Great room, we have rented from THIS location MULTIPLE times.

people hung outside the facility all night doing drugs in the parking lot. there where needle syringes in the parking lot.

The TV would not change channels. The mini fridge was cold, but the door is broken.
