Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom small. No refrigerator. No microwave. Carpet looked like it needed steam cleaning. The bathroom should have been cleaned better. The furniture were old and scratched. There were water stains and spots ( mold?) in the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain rod was old and rusty. There was a hole around the plumbing under the sink, obviously from a previous repair and never covered up. Most of the guests looked like they are living there long-term. There was a sign at the front desk saying the rooms “will be inspected every Wednesday…” and a reminder that “the only appliances allowed in the rooms are a small microwave and an air fryer.” This motel most definite does NOT represent the WYNDHAM name and standards.
The hotel desk clerk was friendly and courteous. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets. New towels. Heating/cooling works but loud. The only reason we stayed was that we had been driving for nine hours. We were exhausted and didn’t have the energy to start looking for another place to stay. We are both in our late 70’s. We were not sure we were going to get our money back if we complained and left. The best thing about the breakfast was the waffle-maker.

Found a spider in my sheets when I got there. But it was only one. Breakfast was continental NO EGGS OR MEAT.

United StatesThe rooms have become run down. missing pictures on walls, torn window seat cushions, no microwave or fridge, and things like the facet not working correctly-only goes to high and you have to turn it many times and carefully to get it turned off. Also the breakfast was always minimal but now there is no fruit at all, no protein in hard boiled eggs or waffle irons. Just some bread, small premade waffles, tiny muffins and a couple cereals. There wasn’t even tea bags or oatmeal so not sure why they still have hot water.
I have stayed here frequently for over the last 10 years. It is centrally located to shopping- specifically IKEA and easy highway access . I’ve always like the small compact comfortable clean rooms and bathroom. The staff has always been excellent too. Quiet location.

United StatesBuilding was not very nice. As soon as you walk in you smelled weed. People hanging around the outside making people uncomfortable. Rooms were dirty and had patches all over the walls and ceilings. Our first room bathroom sink came out of the wall when we were washing our hands, smelled of mold and standing water. Was able to get put in a better room, but the one we were in was the only room with disability access and it was horrendous. Would not recommend, and will definitely not stay there again.
Staff was accommodating to an issue we had in our room. We were immediately moved to a different room which was nicer then the one we were originally in.
