Had to call the cops on a guy the moment we walked in. The first night someone was trying to get into my room. The phone didn't work to call the front desk to let someone know and I couldn't get through with my own phone.

We had to check out at 2:00am bc I was getting bitten by numerous bed bugs. We went down to the front desk to check out and the clerk was clearly drunk. And seemed to be hosting a little party in the lobby. She stated that the general manager would be in around 10:00 am on Sunday morning and we could speak with her to request a refund. We came back at that time and was told that she wouldn’t be in until Monday around 9:00am.

I liked nothing About that place. I am getting on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and every social media out there to give them Bad publicity like they gave me bad service and lied about my refund. Never ,ever again

It was Horrible , the windows on the 1st bathroom/ bedroom locks were broken, no staff to report it until 7:30 am, they lied to me about texting the manager for her to discount or refund some of my money. She didn't do it. I sleep on top of the bed with heat off and my clothes on to listen for anyone trying to come in thete. It was a Night mare

We seen 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and that was a big concern for us! I thought about complaining but was so tired, I did not say anything.

Room was comfortable and bed felt good. Everything was clean. The bathtub did not stop up and had rust stains, but it was clean. Everything else was clean and looked good and worked...

No mini fridge, no mini microwave, coffee pot broken. Roach climbing wall. Doorknob about to come off so it wouldn't lock.the cold water in the sink didn't work only really hot water. Definitely will not be back.

Breakfast, needs improvement. Only cereal or frozen eggo waffles. No orange juice, machine broken. Roof panels look like they were going to fall out.

Nothing looked like the pictures online. Checking in the front desk person was talking with a friend that was hanging out during his shift, he gave us keys to someone else’s room and we walked in on them. Then we got a new room and it was horrible. Bugs on the bed, phone was broken, desk was broken, ac unit leaking in our room and in the lobby, soaking it up with wet towels on the ground. There were holes in the wall, hair all over, the hallways smelled sour and musty. Everything about it made me feel unsafe and grossed out. I know it’s cheap but I think that’s because it’s so uncared for. Will never be going to that chain again. And will tell others not to go to that location because it was so awful. We had to rebook somewhere else last minute. We were very late to the concert we traveled so many hours for.
