United StatesAbsolutely no negatives to me. Ok. Breakfast was just adequate but we planned to eat out anyway. (Try the Apple Barn and Five Oaks Farm Table for breakfast)
Even though this is an older hotel, it has been updated. If you like clean, you’ll want to stay here. Outside grounds were immaculate. Inside was spotless from the lobby to the rooms. Staff was very personable as well. Beds were so comfortable. My normally aching body didn’t hurt at all!! We Will stay here when back in PF.

United StatesI do not like that dogs stay at the hotel...I am considering finding a new place... the last time I stayed, it felt like I was at a kennel....I love dogs but it's just nasty, dragging their butts on the carpet.. you can't shampoo them everyday so.....
I usually always stay here when I go to pigeon Forge which is about 4 times a yr... the price is usually at a good price and I feel comfortable at Microtel.

Mattress was comfortable. Property is up on a hill and shields some of the noise from the road.

Everything was Awesome Especially the Staff. They was so nice and the Manager on daytime was so friendly and very helpful with getting things that we needed.
