Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesResort fee $30 per day - not a good value @ this location. to me this is the same as the airlines - lowered airfare then charged you for luggage, preferred seating etc. the upfront charge for $50 per night on my credit card for incidentals that have not been purchased yet & then days to get credit card actually credited. Attorney general should look into this practice. All the hotels seem to have implemented this practice.

United StatesThere was a tile falling off the wall in the bathroom and the bathtub did not drain well when taking a shower (yes I made sure the plug was raised). Also the bottom sheet was too small to tuck under the mattress so the side kept coming out.
We loved the location of our room. We plan to come back next year and hope we can request the same room.

United StatesIt seems like the management is running on a very tight budget. We arrived at the Pinnacle Grill at 5:40 PM on a Saturday night and there was Zero staff. The pool was cold. The room lacked amenities. Only two paper cups by the coffee maker and no plastic cups in the bathroom. No bar soap on the shower. It just felt cheap.

United StatesResort? Felt more like a roadside inn. Musty smelling. Decor was lacking. Not that it was bad, just not wall treatments. The small pictures in our room looked like small charcoal drawings from elementary school. Rooms and carpeting need updating. Black dings in the walls and door would not close without some force. Overall.... Not worth the $380 spent.
