The bar and restaurant were closed. We were not told about this at the time of booking. Would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. Having a bar in the hotel is number one for me and my family.

There was a half smoked cigarette under my bed, with food pieces and a hair clip that were from previous guests. Our TV was also halfway unplugged upon arrival but we couldn't tell so we had to call maintenance up because we couldn't get it working. Later in the day, we discovered (with our bare feet, ouch/gross!) That there were exposed carpet tacks heading into the bathroom. So if you stepped near the threshold, you'd get stabbed in the feet by tacks. Not worth the money. I told the front desk I was dissatisfied because of the cost of a room for a night and they took off like $20 from my stay, but it didn't unstab my feet! Just wasn't a nice hotel room like I thought it was going to be.

The ease and convenience of booking a reservation was a godsend, especially for a last-minute, late-night stay and check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had no trouble settling in. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall, the stay was a pleasant experience.

We didn’t like the fact that they have no open restaurant, bar or area to get some snacks or coffee in the morning. The parking area is on the other side of the hotel u have to walk about a block and half to get back to hotel and you can’t go in and out of parking garage. The room had a mildew smell I had to spray my perfume a couple times . A the shower was dirty full set of hair on the drain I had to pick it up with napkin.

Fee for parking, dang near 4 blocks away. Water came out brown, toilet had trouble flushing, window couldn’t open unless staff opened it with a rock

This hotel has so much potential; it is a shame the way it is being managed. Checked in late at night to be met by a sleepy security guard sitting at the bar. The front desk agent was far from welcoming (did not want to honor booking.com rate) and the lobby was set ups for a tour bus.

Room was crazy hotel, hvac in room didn't work. Spoke to the front desk receptionist about the issue, she informed us there wasn't anything that could be done with maintenance being gone for the weekend. No room change was available from the receptionist.

No A/C in the room, the jets in the bath did not work. Parking was a nightmare, as it was not well coordinated and it is quite a distance away from the hotel. Also, very expensive to park.
