Really nothing. An outlet stopped working so we had to move the coffee pot which was no big deal at all

The place was decorated so amazingly cheery. There were instirational signs everywhere and beach signs which I loved. The colors were great in the place. I liked having a washer and dryer and there was a lot of kitchen stuff to use.

There really wasn't much not to like! Except maybe more lighting a long the pathway from the parking spot, and i don't know if its possible to fix, but when it rained a lot, the parking spot and road were flooded and we had to get out of the car into large amounts of water. But that's it!

We loved the mini pearl! We loved all of the tropical/beachy decor, and it was very clean! there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. the beds were super comfy, and the hosts responded quickly when we had a question or concern. We would definitely stay there again!

Little smaller and the LR was turned into an extra bedroom so the TV was kind of in the kitchen with a couch but it was still really nice.

The location to the beach and to everything else we wanted to do while on Tybee is perfect. It fit our family of four (including 2 teenaged boys) comfortably. Perfect size. Owners were very responsive and made the whole process easy.

Couldn’t get the door open with the code, good thing they had a backup door key lock box! Water pressure in the shower was weak. When it came a heavy rain the little Parking spot flooded and even the walk to the door needed few more stepping stones in the rocks where it flooded.

This beautifully decorated two bedroom was perfect for 4 adults close to the beach!

The BBQ was not clean and the beach cart and umbrella were badly rusted from being outside to the point they are not usable.

Everything was great! Super comfortable beds and soft bed sheets. Enough towels for everybody. It was really good we were able to use 2 beach chairs provided. Good A/C, all what you may need to cook and more!

I can't name one thing we didn't love about this place. It was perfect! Recommend staying here if you want a cute little beach house feel.

Everything! I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting but it by far exceeded my expectations. We were a 5 min walk from the beach, and could easily walk to lots of shops and restaurants. They provided us with virtually everything we could possibly need from beach towels and aloe to a little beach wagon and beach chairs. It was just the most perfect little house and we will definitely be looking to book again next time we come back to Tybee.

There were cigarette butts by the front door, it was much farther from the beach than we anticipated, there were no ceiling fans in the sleeping area and we were only allowed to lower the thermostat to 71 degrees, it got warm! We were surprised there were no games to play :(

The sheets were soft. Cute decorations and only 350 steps to the grocery store. Having a parking spot was great!

Instructions on how to get the bedroom television to find local stations would be helpful. The living room tv was not difficult but someone not as familiar with streaming would have difficulty.

This property was very well decorated and the furnishings were comfortable. Owners were especially good to deal with and went the distance to make sure we had everything we needed for the stay. The check out procedures were well documented and easy to follow. Proximity to the Beach was an easy walk. Would definitely stay there again.

No complaints. The only thing I would add is to let people know to pull the door knob in when you put the code in to get it to open.

Cute little place. Nice location, quiet. Just what we needed. If you are looking for a quiet place for family or small group of friends, the "Mini-Pearl" is perfect for you! Only a short way from the beach and just around the corner from the grocery store!

On the day of my arrival host sent me a message not to use washer because it’s broken. I expressed concern since I knew I would need to use it at some point during the stay. She had the audacity to tell me go to the laundry mat or do my laundry when I get back home. There was no apology. No suggestions of compensation for the inconvenience. Nothing. Just a very rude text as pictured below. I also own short term rental and I know this is beyond unacceptable for a host to inform about a broken equipment without so much as an apology. Apart from that the only other complaints is the shower knob is lousy so it’s hard to adjust water temp and the outdoor furniture/windows need cleaning

Accommodation was awesome. Nicely decorated and great vibes. I gave one star only to draw attention to the rudeness of the host.
