Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe shower in the main bathroom had black hair in it when I got there and didn't look like it had been cleaned. The garbage disposal was broken with a clogged up sink, and when I called the guy in charge, he didn't respond to my voicemail. The shower in the master bedroom was extremely small and hard to take a shower in. The electricity went out on day two at ten am & by three p.M it was still out. I needed to move because I had to charge my phone because I had a flight early the next morning. I was only given a hundred dollars off of the second night while I still had to purchase a new hotel elsewhere. Will not stay here again.

United StatesAt the apartment, there was an indoor lock that was not noted not to touch. Closed by mistake and the landlord had to get a locksmith to reopen the door while we waited like an hour in cold weather. Not the best experience. Also, the apartment parking lot entrance is on an incline. It snowed and we couldnt get out for 2 days. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or snow tires. Apartment also missing kitchen utensils for cooking. One of the bathroom showers is extremly small. Only large enough for a child. Whenever I asked host for something or help he seemed bothered. Lastly, couldnt get regular local channels on the TV. Only streaming worked.
Location was perfect for Sugar Mountain. There is a shuttle that took us up the mountain. Neighborhood is beautiful and store is close by but traffic to get to rest of city is long.

United StatesNo parking near the condo. It showed a conventional coffee maker but had a pod coffee maker. The cleaning fee they charged was excessive when the rules stated that I leave the condo as clean as I found it.
It was comfortable and about center to the places we visited. The prices were not much higher than staying in a motel room.
