Room kind of dirty, needs much updating! Whole place needs to be updated. Twice we stayed there both times we had some one banging on our door late at night! Very unsettling.

The room had rust over the lamps above the bed, the outside was really ran down and had some shady looking people hanging around. Also, the floor was sticky, and I did not feel comfortable going barefoot in the room. Also, they are plastic rocks outside most of the door's for some unknown reason to me.

The room we were originally given wasn’t clean at all. The next room we were given, it looked like the door had been previously kicked in. The slide lock was broken off, and the door didn’t close all the way (you could see daylight through the crack in the door) and if you pulled hard enough it could’ve been pushed open, even locked. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the shower was not clean at all. I did not feel safe or clean staying here.

Jennifer at check in wanted me to post a review before seeing room. Looks like they are trying to renovate, but room was to have a refrigerator and microwave and it didn't. When I asked, those rooms were in maintenance and she wouldn't provide those. Had to go out and buy a cooler to have something for our stay. On last morning, there was a roach in the bathroom which I reported and she stated she would call the service to spray. Pool wasn't heated but was nice.

The place is quite dated and had alot of rust that could easily be fixed with a coat of paint to show u cared about the location. There were no toiletries like shampoo in the room (we did get some after asking). When u went into the office there was an annoying noise from one of the machines in the corner. We booked a non smoking room and the comforter had burn marks in it. My biggest concern was lots of mold in the bathroom on the back of the door and on the seam of the shower surround where the 2 panels meet top panel over hangs lower so u don't see it unless your washing your feet and mold was on the back of the door so unless u closed the door u wouldn't see it we didn't notice it untill the day we were leaving they said they would get on it right away when we told them and apologized.

We didn't see any sort of breakfast. The staff were amazing to deal with and truly wanted to hear about what they needed to improve.

The beds were uncomfortable the bathroom was semi clean however I always bring my cleaning supplies to tidy up. The pillows are to flat.

WiFi coffee and things in more places than the office with it being so far around the building

There was not any only coffee which was a block away and when we would go up there was any or very little with many people waiting. There was no WiFi at our end we would have to walk block up to office to get service. They only clean when you leave. Our floor was very sticky and couldn’t take shoes off to walk around. Room between beds were not walkable and needed to for both have a sleep machines.

The room was dirty, smelled like mildew and pee , and the fridge and microwave were filthy . I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room and clean the dog poop up off the floor. Checked in at 4 because our room wasn't ready. There was only 1 pillow on each bed. No trash cans in the room. the front desk lady was rude when I had asked for a trash can and pillows. Waited 6 hours for a trash can. I never got one, but I did get a big outdoor trash can put next to my room outside that stunk. Asked for a couple of extra towels because there were 3 of us in a room, and i am female and use 2 towels and i hang them up and use them twice and was told they were not allowed to give out extra towels, 3 towels is all I get . Went to the office to get a roll of toilet paper, and the rude lady says, " Didn't you get one yesterday? " The people upstairs walked( stomped)around and sounded like they were moving furniture and slamming doors ALL NIGHT LONG EVERY DAM NIGHT. Complained to the front desk, said they couldn't do anything about it because those people actually live there. Cable TV is pathetic, lucky to get 10 channels. The bathroom sink didn't drain , and there was no cabinet space in the bathroom to put your belongings, and the bathroom was big enough. Lighting in the bathroom was HORRIBLE, and the small tray above the sink was falling off from the wall. The lamp above one of the beds didn't work. The dead bolt on the door didn't work, so I couldn't lock the door from the inside for extra security.

During my entire stay, there was a glitch in the key system, which caused the electronic keys to malfunction for all the guests. This was a bit inconvenient, as I had to wait for a staff member to open the door whenever I was back at the hotel. While frustrating, it wasn't a massive issue throughout my stay.

The price was reasonable for someone like me who prefers not to spend too much.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt like the springs were broken. I had a double queen room and only had 1 pillow on each bed that were so smooshed they were next to nothing. I asked for more and the front said they didn’t have anymore, thankfully there was only 2 of us or else we would’ve have had enough. Someone had a large dog and every morning we had to watch where we stepped because of the dog poop all over the walk way( this wasn’t on the motel, but the dog owner) but nothing was done about it, all 3 days the same pieces were still there drying onto the walk way.

It was super cheap! The water in the shower got super hot! And the front desk ladies were super nice!

It took us about 20 mins to find our room. Room could've been cleaner. Ants were in our room, all on the walls and table and the floor, also got into our food.

This motel was in a very convenient area. Walkable to the beach and surrounding stores. It was also close to the Port for our cruise

The room, including the bed, was full of pet hair. The TV didn't work at all. There was no phone to call the office if you needed something or have questions. There were stains on the bed and it was very dusty. For the price per night, I expected the room to be clean and free from debris from the last customers.

The staff was friendly upon arrival and departure.
