Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe only thing I'd like to see that wasn't provided were more detailed checkout instructions. Such as how and where to process the soiled bath linens. The dishes we used I put in the dishwasher and cleaned them but there were also no instructions on dishes either. This is not a complaint, I just like thorough cut and dry instructions.
Very spacious, very clean, nice and relaxing. I like the ability to cook and launder clothes if needed. The pool area looked great but we did not experience any swimming or lounging on this trip as we were in town for an event.

United StatesThe Trash being picked up at 430am and waking us all up on a Saturday morning. The Elevator only worked half of the time which was probably because of the Cold Temps. We had to carry our luggage and items from the 5th floor down to our vehicles. Just glad no one was handicap or in a wheelchair.
