the staff came in the room twice. we finally put the do o disturb on the door and that solved the issue.

Everything was wonderful! The man at front desk (we only interacted with guy in the evenings) he was amazing! So helpful and friendly! Went above and beyond to help me/us. If you want two things to improve upon, put larger windows in to enjoy that spectacular view!!! Window is so small!! Also put single serve keurig coffee makers in the rooms. The old school pot of coffee was inconvenient, messy, wasteful, and didn’t taste good. We ended up getting coffee from the lobby every morning and afternoon.

That you had to pay for breakfast. Most hotels have a free breakfast. We did not pay for breakfast. That was a bummer.

The room was big and had a kitchenette in it! Was so handy. The hotel smelt and looked great. The pool was on point. Perfect temp and great for little kids to play in it with the ramp and little seat all around the pool. That was a huge highlight in our stay. Also the grill was a nice addition.

Breakfast is mostly stuff that you can heat up in a microwave, very poor. The hotel is slightly outside the town so you cannot walk to dinner or shops.

Spacious room. The pool is warm and overlooks the opposite side of the valley. We had a room at southern end, above the stairs to the pool. staff is very friendly and helpful.

I really loved our stay at this hotel. It always smelled so clean and fresh. The staff was very helpful and it had a great location so close to Arches National park, activities and restaurants.

No one was at the front desk, it said to use the phone and dial 0 but still no one answered. It took about 5-10 before someone came out. However, it did not ruin our time.

We've had a fire drill 6am one morning, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Very nice stay in Moab. The hotel is just 2 minutes from the entrance to the Arches National Park. It's not located in the town center, thus it's much quieter. Nice, large rooms, very friendly staff

Great location, 3 minutes from Arches and close to downtown. Pool and hot-tub area was clean and included a grilling area. Rooms are modern and spacious
