the breakfast was really not good, the coffee lukewarm, one bagel and one cream cheese available, waffle maker worked but the syrup dispenser broke. so I went for the oatmeal but the dispenser labeled hot water to prepare it was even colder than the coffee. no microwave avail. no peanut butter,no jelly. just sparse.

According to the rules, the room is cleaned every four days, which sometimes is forgotten and you have to ask for the room to be cleaned. 3 out of 4 towels in the bathroom will have streaks and stains.

It was under construction. The rooms were not ready for guests. The bathtub was dirty, they came and cleaned it. Then the hot water did not work so they moved us to another room. It was after midnight and we were very tired and just wanted to get some sleep . It took over an hour to get settled.

From the highway it looked updated. When we pulled into the parking lot it looked outdated. Enter the lobby and it was straight into the 80's. I picked the hotel and was embarrassed that I was bringing my friends there. For $140.00/night, I expected it to be up to date.

Front desk staff--no one at the front desk to greet us. Even tho we had reservations and checked in before 9 pm, we had to wait for staff to come from upstairs to check us in. Then the next morning, I think we woke him up when we attempted to get coffee at 6:15, even tho we were told breakfast was from 6-9. And again when we checked out, I had to call on the phone to get someone to the counter to check us out and get a receipt. It just felt unstaffed. Also, the website said it had a pool, but the pool had no water in it.

Room was very humid. Air conditioner didn't cool enough. No tissues. Toilet paper was like what is found in public restrooms. My shoes stuck to the bathroom floor. The bathtub was old. Breakfast was minimal. This Baymont Inn wasn't as nice as one I stayed in Memphis a couple of years ago.

The rooms were not kept well. Broken chair, broken curtains, dirty bathroom floor and broken shower nozzle. Breakfast was disappointing. We got there an hour before the posted close time for the breakfast and all they had left was two muffins, some toast, a waffle maker and 3 yogurts. the “fresh fruit” section included one apple and a bruised banana. We are fortunate we just needed a place to rest for a few hours, would not have stayed another night.

No elevator and rooms for non construction workers were on the second floor. This information was not shown on the website. The receptionist found us a decent room on the first floor. the room could have been cleaner. The manager had to replace a part for the tv to work and several lights needed bulbs replaced.

Manger was rude. We were there for 10 minutes and then left because of how dirty the room was. I still haven’t received a refund, it’s going on 30 days. Tv was very old. It’s not what it looks like on the picture.

The pool was cleaner than the rooms. The downstairs is more modern than the rooms.
