Did not quite realize you needed to check in at their front office on the main road before you then go to the condo. Not that big a deal. The neighborhood is a bit off the beaten path. There were 2 balconies - both were tiny with only one chair on each.

The condo itself was very nice. Very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 4. The second bedroom had 2 twin beds and an entrance to the second bathroom. Was fine but not nearly as nice as the rest of the condo. The pool was good.

We had to go to the off-site office to get the keys. The office was about a mile away from the resort.

The pool was nice. The room was clean. The overall atmosphere was safe and friendly.

People did not adhere to the time limit in the hot tub making it difficult to get in at some times.. Usually eay evening with groups just accommodating all the space.

We got out every day and coming back we sometimes had to wait quite a while at the security booth to be let in, not a big thing, unless you have frozen groceries in a warm car.

Great base to explore the Key Islands from. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay (even basic coffee/tea stock for that first breakfast). We enjoyed the view (and the sounds of the birds in) the mangrove forest in the mornings and evenings. The balcony was tiny but with an unexpectedly large pool a few steps away we preferred to spend our afternoons there. The beach is artificial and mangrove-y, for the proper white beaches you need to drive further down the archipelago, but perfectly fine for kids to play on for a bit. The property is quite clear about having to collect the key from a different address, so that was not an issue for us, same as the absence of a restaurant on-site (there was a burger van parked at the pool every day). A big supermarket and some restaurants are minutes away in a car, thoroughly recommend Sunrise Cuban Market & Cafe just down the road.

Cost ($430 per night was too high for a place with very few amenities). The interior security lock was loose and closed on the door preventing us from being able to access initially and had to call maintenance who then had to duct tape the latch to prevent it from closing on us again while we were away, The floors were dirty place needed a good mopping.

The units are very outdated.

I like how spacious everything was. 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms are perfect for family of 5, as well as a full kitchen with washer and dryer.

I don't feel it is appropriate to sleep 6 unfortunately. my parents had one room, my husband and I the other bedroom and teenaged sons in the living area. The sofa bed was only good for one person and my other son had to sleep on the floor. Also it was advertised as and I paid more for an ocean view but we felt it was only a partial view. and you could just about squeeze 2 chairs on the tiny balcony. Fortunately it was only for 1 night and it was clean and comfortable and staff were very pleasant but I would have been disappointed if I'd booked for longer for 6 of us staying!

The apartment was great - extremely clean, good facilities in the kitchen. We loved that there are 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! The beds were very comfortable! the staff at check in were very helpful with information sheets of local suggestions for eating out, activities and shopping

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Water in the showers are very little and well as the hot water. Not sure if I would stay again, mostly because of how uncomfortable the sofa bed was

Only one kitchen towel. Motel portion coffee for full size coffee pot. And only 2 provided with room. Only one dishwasher tablet. Recycling options were not communicated. Didn’t know until we threw out the trash.

No restaurant on site or bar; no maid service that came daily; beach was alittle dirty so not enjoyable to swim at.

The size of the rooms was nice and the space was great for a family, the mandatory quiet hours since people respected that; pool was fun for the kids

The beach was small and not appealing to swim.

The pool water temperature was great and very clean. It was never too crowded and loved the convenience of the food truck by the pool.
