We had 2 units and 1 was very nicely furnished and the other was nice but dated and felt like a "keys rental" I couldn't help but think the level of furnishings vary greatly by individual units #

Did not like having to go to a separate loation to check in. Getting through gate to unit was long wait. One line and 5-6 cars in front of us and was very slow moving. Parking passes should be issued upon check in which would make waiting at two separate locations much easier and efficient. Thought units were right on the water but all were not. Some buildings have wet marshy lands very far from the Atlantic. Was expecting beachfront. Unit did not have all Kitchen items needed and the dishwasher was broken.

Size of unit was good. Pool was big with a bar and music.

The beds were very squeaky and somewhat uncomfortable. The balcony railing was spaced too far apart for the child traveling with us to go out on the balcony. The drinks at the pool were pricey.

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The view of the water was nice. The Pool was large and clean.

Checking in, checking out and being able to talk to guest services was odd. The staff on location was meant for unit owners, we needed to drive to a different location or call someone as guests. There was a cat family walking around our building, but they did not cause any issues.

The location was great for all of the activities we wanted to do; in the middle of Miami and Key West. The amenities on the property were perfect when we wanted to relax on site. A third party was on site to rent kayaks and paddle boards, the pool was comfortable and family friendly. The view from the balcony was okay. The space in the unit was perfect for the three of us to spread out.

I liked the location. Really tucked away and private. The pool was really nice. Loved that they had a good truck there.

Check in is offsite. We booked a two bedroom and asked for our second room to have to beds and were given a single. We called to see if they could move us and we’re told they were booked but would call us back. They never did. Our daughter in a separate building called and asked for her floor to be mopped as it was filthy on check in. They said housekeepers went home at 5pm but they would send someone the next day. No one ever came. Follow through is the difference between excellent customer service and just mediocre. The place has the potential they just need training and leadership.

Pool and hot tub are very nice. Rooms are good size. View is beautiful. New management has made some improvements since we stayed last.

I didn’t like the beach area, the communication at the gate was a little difficult because the person did not speak proper English or he did understand us and the employees are not friendly and the price was a little high and check in was too late

The sofa bad was unbelievably unconfortable and worn out, unfit for adult sleeping. We arrived just before the reception is closed but we could not reach anybody who could take action when we discovered the problems with the sofa.

Nice area, the pool was nearby and never crowded. The apartment was convenient for 4 people.

The balcony was very small. Housekeeping never sent towels when we requested them. Checking in at another location and only at 5 pm or later was a pain. These small inconveniences would not keep me from staying here again.

The rooms were large and very clean. We loved the two bedroom suite. it was big enough for our whole family to relax. We enjoyed using the pool and the beach area. It was fun to have music at the pool every day! The location was close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and a gas station.

Our ice maker didn’t work which is a big deal being at the beach and the night gate keeper didn’t speak great English and kept getting us confused with another group with the same last name.

The apartment was super comfortable, it has everyrhing you need, the ocean view so so, only disappoint was the beaches in general in the keys there are not blue waters, other than that we had a great time

I didn’t like the beach at all, it is more like a lake, the water is dark and dirty, full of rocks and muddy, smelly, the whole key largo area was a no more for me, I don’t care to ever go back, the stores close by are supper pricey , (Walgreen, Winn dixie, CVS) so all the restaurants too, they don’t have much around, all the activities are water activities and they are very expensive, I couldn’t find anything to do with the kids when they got tired of the waters. the beaches around are private beaches for hotels and rentals property, and they are man made beaches, I couldn’t believe it. there is Shark everywhere, be careful, if see you water there is Sharks. Anyway… I didn’t care for the area. we rented a boat and went to Isla morada Sandbar, that was ok too, the sand is very soft like mud, the water was pretty but I do think is safe for kids, too many people drinking , loud music and driving boats and JetSki.

I like the apartment it self, it was clean enough, I stayed in one of the newest buildings, it was comfortable, good water pressure, enough kitchen amenities. The view was ok, I had the sea view apartment on the 3rd floor so I was able to see the sea but there is too many trees around. The pool was very nice! , the customer service is nice too, they answered the phone right away when I needed them, check in was easy, but I got surprised when I have to pay $60 per night as a deposit, I wasn’t ready for that.

For a “Signature” Room, it was not what we expected. It had dust on the fixtures, light bulbs, blinds. It wasn’t remodeled with what one expects from what’s supposed to be more upscale.

The furniture was in adequate. A very small high table with only two chairs and a counter with 3 stools made eating inconvenient for 4. We also had to bring in the patio chairs as the sofa only sat 3.

The location was good. Easy to find and convenient to the Over Seas Highway. The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware, silverware and cookware.
