Did not like how our room looked nothing like the photos - it was extremely outdated, old furniture, did not feel clean, carpet in bedroom was lifting, a layer of dust on armoire. We were surprised because this was our second time and our first stay was not like this. We did stay in a different building so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

The property was in a good location. Pool was a great size even for the crowd.

I usually don’t complain about anything but the room that we stayed was dirty. We had trouble with the shower wish they had better handles and it would had better pressure on the head shower 🚿 .The washer made a very loud sound when doing the laundry, the stove was dirty on the burner area.

Pool was closed our 1st day there. Hot tub was broken the 2nd and 3rd day there. Main shower had draining issues and house keeping only left 1 wash cloth for 3 people to use, we had to call and ask for more. The registration and cafe was also closed and bathrooms didn't work up stairs, so We had to leave the Rocky "beach" and go to our room to use facilities. We paid for amenities that wasn't available! I thought we were booking a place with a usable pool, hot tub and bathrooms by the beach. It was NOT worth the the nightly price. This is supposed to be a resort. Never again. Way too expensive to have NO POOL AND NO HOT TUB!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. However, I would have liked to have known which building was closest to the beach and which ones were closed to the pool. All of the buildings were equally nice and nothing was too far away that we couldn't easily walk to it. I just would have liked to have a clearer view of the beach/ocean area.

The paper that I was given at check in was very helpful. It provided several suggestions for restaurants and activities. We were pleased with all of the meals we ate and paddleboard company that we rented from. They delivered and picked up the boards directly to the beach at Ocean Point.

Everything needs renovation. The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. The pool area is big but also outdated, pool towels only available in the room. Not worth the price we paid.

When we have stayed in other places the kitchen was usually stocked with some basic items...coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and some spices. Here we found only 2 small packets of coffee which made 2 cups of coffee. For people who stay for a few days it was inconvient to have to buy these very basic essentials

The space was perfect, very clean and the view was lovely. The pool area was nice and we were close to a beach and many different restaurants

Appartement could do with renovation and better / more kitchen equipment (4 forks, 4 knives etc), as well as better sound proofing. We found out on the 2nd day that our apartment had been double booked when we found people outside our flat who had accessed it and realized there were already people in it (us), which was a really unfortunate incident and showed poor admin and security. For this we were told there would be a discount, which turned out to be 50 dollars (less than 5%…).

Nice pool and beach, quiet location. Good parking on site. No hidden fees.

There was only a Food truck available at the time but the mgmt company notified us prior to our arrival and they allowed guests to bring coolers to the pool

The property is nice, there is a small beach and dock with a gazebo at the end for sunrise and sunset watching. We never used the pool, it looked average. The condos are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a long stay! We got an end unit on the top floor and it had everything we needed! We will for sure be staying again!

Our suite was dated and wasn't squeaky clean. It was lclean but not up to my standards. Alos, the bedroom had a king sized bed but the bed was way too big for the room. Probably would not have felt so crowded if it was a queen bed.

Th location was good for the area. Close to some good restaurants but you really needed to do your research to find good places to eat. The view of the ocean was nice. Although our place was quite dated, my daughter's suite was much nicer and updated. Both had beautiful views of the ocean

The apartment is very spacious, the view to the ocean is breathtaking, I preferred the pool over the private beach, as the ocean was very cold, and pool was heated. The kitchen has everything what you would need for your stay, Winn-Dixie is about 3 min away. Well worth for the money paid!
