We firstly complained to reception in the morning after a terrible nights sleep. The bed was incredibly creaky and made noise every time one of us moved. We were told that we needed to wait until the next day to speak to the manager regarding any kind of compensation. Later that morning at around 10am we went to shower and we could not get the shower to turn on after multiple attempts. Again we rang reception but they told us no one could come and help us, so we had to leave without showering. When we finally spoke to the manager they were unsympathetic and only gave a very small token of good will for the bed situation . Apparently the shower was in fact working but you needed to pull the tap out of the wall, rather than turning it. If they had just sent someone, it could have been sorted it there and then but their attitude and service was terrible.

The location was probably the only good thing, but even then, you had to collect your keys from a completely different place to where the property is.

The room smelt of damp throughout the stay although it was perfectly clean. The welcome centre was a drive away and was difficult to see in the dark when we arrived! The reception should definitely be on the complex to make check in easier!

The suite was large and well equipped With everything you could possibly need! Clean with a good balcony view of the sea and wildlife preservation area! Very good swimming pool and excellent facilities for boat owners. Plenty of on site car parking! Security was excellent with friendly polite and knowledgeable staff on hand!

My room was not like any of the pictures on web site...very old and used. We had to walk through a 10-inch space to get around the bed. balcony was the smallest I have ever seen and my ocean view was way way way in the distance.

Where to begin? The unit was by no means even by any stretch of the imagination a partial ocean view, unless the blue construction film on the sliding doors was supposed to represent water. The building was undergoing renovations. We went back to the office after seeing the unit to complain. The nice receptionist tried to find a different unit, but could not find anything. It was the weekend so there was no upper management available to speak with. We knew the restaurant was closed, but no mention of ice unavailable on the property and the unit had no trays to make ice. The unit was not comfortable for 4 people to sit in the living area even though there were 9 chairs or barstool choices, they were all high and wooden. Take some of this out and put a chair in to go with the three person sofa. The temperature was freezing and there was no clear way to change it without an engineering degree. It was nice to provide shampoo in little bottles but one bathroom had used ones in there. There were burned out lights all over the unit. From the moment we walked in to see we had been duped believing we had a suite with a partial ocean view to the construction going on was very disappointing. Especially because we paid for a room with that option.

The condo was spacious and clean Very nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The property is centrally located so that we could travel to Key West and also enjoy the many State Parks surrounding Key Largo. The pool is very large and inviting. The jacuzzi tubs were also nice. The ocean access is a private beach area. The whole property is very private and there is security at the gate entrance.
