The water pressure in the unit was terrible. The ice machine in the freezer didn't work, the floors were very dirty upon arrival and feet turned black everyday barefoot. The drawer for fruits and vegetables in the fridge was broken as well. Upon checkout, we had to drive down the road to another location to hand in the keys.

Location was fantastic. I loved the area. The dock and little beach were great, very relaxing. Really enjoyed the pool and also love that you have an on-site pizza truck.

Beware POOL towels must be picked up at checking in and must be returned or you will get charged at checkout You cannot even leave them in the room

Sounded like property management company just left the property. so we had to go to another location to check in. and then were sent a message saying we could check in at 7:00 am -11 pm. so we left the keys early to enjoy our last day at this location. This did not happen so very disappointing !

The condo and pool were great. However, we were expecting a tiki bar with slushy cocktails and a cafe so we didn’t have to leave the property.

We were unsure of how to get the keys in the first place so assumed we needed to find reception which we did. The apartment we had was fabulous as was the setting. We wished we had booked a further nights stay.

Love Ocean Pointe! The staff was welcoming and helpful. Decided to stay another night, and all went smoothly, got to stay in the same suite. Suites are very roomy, updated, and clean. Beds were very comfortable, it was quiet, so sleep was great. No complaints here. The grounds are very pretty, the pool is big, the beach is cute. Laid back and relaxing atmosphere.

The headboard was slightly squeaky, but other than that, everything was perfect.

My main concern is we had cockroaches in our sink. We were informed that they spray for cockroaches once a month, and sorry for the problem. They didn't refund any money, no sincerity whatsoever just wanted me to get out of their hair. The front desk woman that checked us out was very rude, inconsiderate and short with me. We paid extra for a better ocean view, which we were left with an overview of a swamp/forest with a little bit of ocean off in the distance. The beach is hardly swimmable.. its mostly mud/weeds/coral/rock, in my time there me and my group were the only people to go swimming in the water there.

The arrival, getting access to the property, and finding the room was all good. The view from the beach was nice, not the room(s). The women working the front desk and bar the first 2 days of our stay were excellent.

The beach area was not inviting. I thought they would have cleaned up the seaweed so kids could play at the water. The pool did not have good ice cream choices for kids, only one choice. The pool area also needed more shaded areas as that was the only exciting thing going on at the hotel. The room was dirty when we checked in, red sauce on floor from previous guest, moldy water by the washer/dryer/ dirty dish-ware, dust everywhere . Not being able to check in till 5 I expected a clean room. The balcony was extremely small and could barely fit two people on it, oddly shaped.

The pool was great for everyone with drinks and food truck available.

We did not have to leave the property the whole time we were there. the beach is a perfect little oasis. we also spent hours in the pool and hot tub. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. anything we needed they were quick to get. I ran late checking out and they were very understanding and did not charge extra. The sunrises are magnificent!!!!

More places to eat maybe keep the cafe/ bar open past 6 more lounge areas it felt like a campground that closes down at 6

Location was ok. The resort itself was very boring it felt more like a campground. Noting to do but swim the beach area was small and not clean the staff were not friendly just blah like they didn’t want to be bothered. The place was quiet and boring. There was nothing lush and pretty about the property. We were supposed to stay for 5 days but I canceled and only stayed the one night.

Check-in time was 5pm which was a little late for us. The room was ready at 4:30pm so it made up for that!

The rooms were very clean and spacious. We didn't expect to have a great view of the ocean but it far exceeded our expectations, and we were even able to catch the sunrise! Laundry and a full kitchen were an added bonus.
