The amount of garbage thrown out on packing lot, was terrible. Only one garbage can outside and guests were to lazy to use.

The hotel had a distinct smell of smoke (the illegal kind). During our stay, a group of young men hung out, leaving trash behind in the parking lot, which the staff never came out to clean....the swimming pool was drained and being repainted. The shower area was unkempt with soap scum on fixtures...The uphoster on lobby furniture was unkempt and needed to be steam cleaned or replaced...

The location was in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Staff at check in could have been more attentive to us a bit on her cell but did offer us a rebate on trolley tour. Attendant one evening asked to use our lighter as we were going out for a cigarette and mentioned that it was for cannabis I believe at the end of his shift but saw him still working an hour later.And we could smell it later on the lobby entrance. The room could have had small table in an empty area where we could sit.

Close to amenities and close drive to historic Savannah. Only 30 minutes from Tydee Island beaches.

The food wasn’t terrible but don’t expect a 4/5 star breakfast. There was a little smell but nothing a little spray wouldn’t help

See response above. My room walks out to the pool. Unfortunately, the doors are permanently painted closed. That is a major disappointment. There are no ceramic coffee cups or glasses drinking glasses.

Staff was excellent. See other responses above. I like the interior design. It is not a 1st cl hotel, but I definitely got what I paid for.

I wished that the breakfast hours were open later. On vacation I don't always want to be up prior to 9am to eat.

The breakfast was good had a variety of things to choose from. The room was very big and comfortable. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast variety. It was the same every day. The couch isn't comfortable, but hotel couches never are.

We liked the layout of the rooms. With the center open, it is very quiet because if anyone makes noises in the hallway everyone would hear it, including the front desk.

Everything, at least coffee during the day in the lounge, and fresh bread daily.

It was the worst I ever had at a choice hotel. I have stayed at many and had no complaints.

Breakfast....only apples no other fruit options the whole stay. Fruit is about the only dairy free gluten free option available so only having apples is a big let down. Cable TV remote stunk...hard to navigate around, could not just jump to channel, and when you try it would start you back at beginning.

I think most of the staff was high on Marijuana. The building was stink with it. I could smell it on them.

The front desk employee brought her personal dog to work. I was told that the hotel does not allow pets only service and emotional dogs. The same dog was walking around the premise. I have allergies and asthma that effected me. Not happy at all. The dog wasn’t wearing a Service or emotional collar.

Entire hotel had bad air conditioning, the whole place was humid. Room was more of the same. The unit was on but didn't put out fully conditioned air. Didn't request a new room since the whole hotel felt the same way.

Rooms are dated, some furniture and carpets old, but not a surprise based on reading other reviews.

Stayed in a King suite for 2 nights. Very spacious with a separate sitting/TV area. Room was clean, and bed very comfortable. Location was good with free parking and felt very safe. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. 20 minute drive to the historic district. Very good place to stay and visit Savannah without paying a lot. Good variety for breakfast, eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, English muffins, cereals, yogurt,apples.
