The neighborhood was a little run down by I still felt safe.

The interior was amazing. There was a wonderful lobby guest area for hanging out and meeting people The privet parking was appreciated.

Nothing that the proprietress had any control over.

Location was not great, but the parking area was secure. The proprietress was professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb, prepared to perfection.

Late night Street noise made it difficult to fall asleep. One of the twin beds wasn’t completely made. Not sure if it was changed. Not an issue because I slept in the other bed.

Tina was a great host, he has a wonderful house with all the original millwork, patterned plaster walls and more. The bed was very comfortable compared to the rock-hard slabs at most places. If I find myself in Troy, we will most definitely stay again.

I have issues with scented laundry soap/dryer sheets. Might think about changing to no scent. Just a thought.

Her breakfast was made to order and fabulous! Tina was so friendly and hospitable. She had instructions posted so there was no guessing of what to do and where things were.

The only real drawback was the outside noise pollution. The street has lots of noise throughout the night, both vehicular and people. Definitely recommend earplugs.

Breakfast was wonderful - eggs, pancakes, and more, all made to order. Lots of self-serve choices on top of that. Was really exceptional.

Been too long since I slept in a city. I wasn't prepared for the traffic noise.

The traffic noise outside our room was a bit noisy. Of course that could not be helped since the Inn was on a somewhat busy street. And it did calm down by the time we settled in for the night.

Our Breakfast was made to order by the owner. Anything from eggs, pancakes or French toast. Additionally pastries, juice, & coffee along with other breakfast foods were available that you can help yourself to. I especially appreciated being served on china dinnerware. And cloth napkins as well!The owner was very hospitable and freely interacted with her guests.

The area isn't the best; there are loud cars that drive by at night, a lot of light pollution that seeps through the windows at night. And... try as I might, I couldn't find a way out of the driveway without scraping our rear bumper on the sidewalk

The B&B is lovely, the breakfast (and late night snacks offered in the dining room) were wonderful, and the ability for my son to use the piano for his lesson was a big plus. The location (ease of access to the highway and most of the Capitol District) and the price... Christina's place should be on the top of any traveler's list

There is quite bad traffic noise outside the window but we found having the air conditioner on counteracted it a lot. The towels are rather tatty.

The breakfast was amazing. Heaps of choice and volume. Tina is charming and interesting to talk to. The building is very special with outstanding architectural features. There is a delightful choice of delicious home made cakes and pie to go with tea or coffee available whenever you wish. We enjoyed watching an old video in the spacious living room.

Location is not fancy and the area is a little run-down, but has character.

The house is really interesting and grand, and the lounge is wonderful. We had a great bedroom. The breakfast was excellent, cooked fresh to order.
