A little uninviting upon arrival, very dark, not sure where the entrance was, initial impression was a bit sketchy but within 5-min I was very pleased

Awesome location. Easy check in although a little awkward as you walk through the restaurant and take an elevator in the restaurant to get to your room. Room was very adequate and comfortable. Love the location. Staff was very friendly. Rooftop pool is great. Wish we had discovered it earlier to enjoy it in the evening as it was very warm. The Prime restaurant was very popular and looked really good. We should have eaten there.

I would've given this hotel a "10/10" had the bar on the premises been open at noon instead of the evening. I would've liked an afternoon or early evening beer, but the bar seemed to be always closed during that time.

the only attention point is that the entrance is the same as the restaurant on the ground floor which is kind of weird + you can hear some noise from the room (mine was just above the restaurant).

the location is great and the room is really spacious, clean and with lots of light. on the flipside, you cant make it 100% if you are one of those people (i didnt mind). I think the photos of the hotel dont make justice on how nice the bedrooms really are.

No plug in the sink, dirty shower head. All the cables poking out from under the TV and the horrible TV box that protruded from out of the wall by a good 15 inches. Time for a little revamp I think.

Front desk and lobby area. The hotel only have a desk in the same area of the bar and restaurant.

Location. Spacious room. Very clean. Welcome letter, cookies and water, very personal. We don’t find this in other hotels any more.

Bed could be replaced, sunken in pretty bad. We wish the restaurant below was open during our stay, as it did look very nice. The pool upstairs was very warm, what else would you expect rooftop pool in Miami. It didn’t help it was only 2.5 feet deep.

The property was beautiful and you couldn’t beat the location. Room had an amazing view from the balcony and the roof top pool area was stunning. Everything was walking distance and tons of great food options. Sheets were super comfortable, which is a huge plus.

We loved the location. Close to the beach, Starbucks, parking, the main strip on Ocean drive as well as Collins Drive. Shopping, restaurants. The furthest we walked was esplanola way for dinner about 20 mins. Staff were friendly. Loved the rooftop pool and patio.

I did not like that customers had to go through the service bar area to get to the elevator. During dinner, I'm avoiding walking into the servers, while they were simply working. I also did not like that checking in the hotel was at the hostess stand/desk of the restaurant, right where people are eating. It was strange to leave in the morning, go downstairs to the restaurant and...its empty. Nobody is in the place (or the restaurant staff is preparing for the evening) I could not order breakfast, but no worries. The TV could be louder, but it certainly isn't a deal breaker.

Great location! It's on Ocean Drive, but away from all of the noise and traffic. You are still a short walking distance from everything. The Prime is also very quiet. I barely heard anybody in the halls, so I slept very well. The bathroom had lots of room and the shower is large. I had a great room with great AC, a comfortable bed and a wrap around balcony. I liked that the rooftop pool area was open for 24 hours. And housekeeping did a wonderful job every single day. I came back to a clean room, fresh towels and a bed made with creases in the linen.

Room keys kept deactivating and had to reprogrammed a few times during our stay, the location to the front desk and elevator to the rooms are located in the restaurant downstairs, street parking was limited

Good location, Close to the beach, Restaurants and Downtown Miami, Room was clean, The balcony was a plus, and the rooftop pool was great. The water felt amazing and views were very nice.
