Great customers service, staff explained everything, nice location close to the beach, cvs, and restaurants and very clean room. You can’t eat inside your room (private or shared) this surprised me a bit. Fridays and Saturdays they have karaokê until midnight so don’t expect to sleep before that. But in general was a good experience.

Although the checkin lady was very nice, the hospitality of the staff can improve overall. My keycard was stolen by another guest, but I had to pay for a new card. Also, when I asked a question, I noticed the receptionist rolling her eyes when she turned away.

When checking in, I was greeted very nice. The lady was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good. It was near bus stops, shopping facilities and near the beach. The hostel itself is as you would expect from a hostel. Although there were some dirty spots and some drawings on the linnen and some dirt on the floor, it is overall what I expected. Be aware to wear flipflops tho. I got athletes foot within 2 or 3 days. So don't expect a nice, modern, and super clean room when booking this hostel.

I didn’t appreciate that I had to pay $50 tax for something that was not clearly indicated when I booked. I mean, increase the price so it reflects rather than make people feel mislead. It’s a bad PR..

Overall, the place is great! I stayed in a 6-person female dorm, which was partly occupied, making it quite comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, although the towels could have been washed better. They always smelled a bit off, so I ended up using my own towels. Since they provide towels, though, I would suggest washing them properly. The location is fantastic—on a lovely, quiet street but right in the center of everything. The staff was friendly, and the shared areas were nice. Overall, I would definitely return, especially considering how affordable it is compared to other options in Miami. With some upgrades, this place could become amazing, but even now, it's perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to spend $1,000 for a 6-night stay and still wants to enjoy the trip.

Wifi speed can be slow, no microwave or kitchinette. Small lockers. Big luggages should not be stored in room.

Hostel rooms are good beds are comfortable beach and bath towels provided happy hour drinks. Lockers have hangers.

Overall it's good for few nights and enjoy Miami beach. Few min by the beach and next to everything in that area.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... The shower looks old. Not sure if they actually clean the room during my stay. The bed is not comfortable but for the price I think it's pretty fair. I would have liked a curtain to have some privacy in the bed. The plugs next to the bed didn't work, so I had trouble charging my phone.

The location of this hostel is great! Everything is within easy walking distance: beach, activities, restaurants... Not all staff are friendly, but they're always on hand to help if needed. Room rates are really affordable. That's a pretty good deal considering the price of Miami Beach hotels. The beach is really pretty.

It was a good stay except they refused to give me back my deposit because I didn't check out until 1 pm instead of 11 am. That is a lie. I told the staff that I was checking out at 11 am and that my suitcase is in one of the lockers and was coming back to get it around 1 pm for my flight.

24 hour check in is so helpful when arriving from another country. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the hostel is clean and staff are lovely.

I think they had a bit too many rules. It really feels like they don't trust anyone. And you will not get your deposit back when you check out, you have to wait a couple of days before its back.

Location is great! Common areas were nice and the room was good also with seperate toilet and shower.

Would have been nice to have a Television in the room, and a little better English at the front desk. Kind of hard for me to communicate since I don't speak Spanish It is loud with all the partying and could be heard from both our rooms on two separate nights. (Pre and Post Cruise) Didn't really bother me that much but wanted to help others in case they don't like noise

As a hostel, I missed some facilities like the cooking ones, specially considering Miami Beach is not one of the places to find cheap restaurants. Moreover, I missed some leisure activities that were stated the place had, bit I couldn't find as Monday movies and games. During the karaoke nights, the sound was very loud even after the silence hours. I recommend the hostel review its karaoke hours to do not intersects to the silence hours.

Good place to sleep, and to meet and talk to new people. They provide beach towels in exchange of your ID while you go to the beach.
