How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We "upgraded" our room and unfortunately our AC went out 4 times during out 4 night stay leaving the room over 80 degrees they sent someone out each time however it kept going back out. Making sleeping at night rough.
Staff was friendly. The calypso was nice to have right there.

They gave a free voucher on check in but didn't explain about it and we seniors didn't read it right away and went to our Polynesian dance entertainment expecting free drinks then found out it was only 1 free drink! It was ery dark on our balcony unless we put on the light, then that bright light killed the ambience and attracted bugs. They could put a bug light there instead.
Parking was adequate, elevator was efficient, gated entry added to safety, hours for hot tub was adequate and area was always clean and well lit. Staff was mostly helpful. Living quarters were dated but very clean. Surprise free entertainment! An enjoyable place to stay overall!

Was asked to upgrade (which was totally okay) the floors were warped, you could tell they almost laid the flooring on top of carpet. No way to lock the room when inside. Staff can just come in (someone from maintenance just knocked and walked in before we could answer/ we did not ask for maintenance to come either so that was scary) they have these bulbs on the TVs that we could not tell if they were cameras so we were just cognizant of them.
The space was nice for our family. Staff was friendly. Apartments were clean and overall nice

The bed was somewhat too firm for me.

The lamp in the front room did not have a knob on it. But that wasn't a big deal.
I loved the location. The price was reasonable for me. All of the staff was very nice except for one pool staff that was hosing down the deck. He must not be a morning person.

Well water was a turn off. Maybe provide a couple complimentary bottles of water? Coffee creamer should be liquid kind, not the powdered kind :)

Only thing I can really say is the lighting at night in the hallways.
The Bar and grill delivering to room! And the mini mart was the best! Had no shampoo but the mart had my back!

There wasn’t anything that we disliked!
Close enough to attractions, but far enough to not be congested and loud. Our room was upgraded when we arrived because the room we booked wasn’t ready. It was a nice room. Definitely clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Loved the ease of access to the pool. Also loved that there was a cute bar on property. Overall, great place. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Mattress on sofa bed didnt fit the metal frame very uncomfortable, needs ceiling fans in rooms. The rooms get stuffy when the AC goes off without any air circulation

Not having a complementary breakfast
The room had a lot of space to spread out. We liked having the kitchenette. Our bedroom was its own room and opened up to a front room. It was a better room than some of the more expensive hotels. We would definitely stay here again

The room was recently remodeled, but there were holes in the blanket on the bed. Appliances were very old, but they were clean and they did work.
The location was perfect. It was close to the airport and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and the grounds were clean. The room was very clean.
