How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Room is a bit dated but still comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more utensils (scissors & sharper knives).
Very clean, nice staff, & enjoyable pool area ( not crowded). The happy hour at Calypso bar/restaurant was a nice surprise. We will be back.

The building we stayed was very dated. On our previous stay, we were able to get a room in one of the new builds which kind of set our expectations high for our most current stay.
The cost of the stay was reasonable for the time of year and events in the area. The fitness area was small but had the right amount of equipment available for use.

Was locked out of room and had to call staff to enter room last night of our stay. Keys did not work. And hot water runs out in 8-10 minutes when showering.
Very roomy and comfortable.

Best location, 5 minutes from Seaworld, close to all attractions. The suite had everything we needed, comfortable bed, laundry on the floor.

The only things I didnt like was the furniture was very dated/old looking. The mattress was very uncomfortable on the king bed. You can tell it was cheap because I could feel the springs. It is NOT an updated mattress without springs...If you would update the furniture especially the cable because we could see the tv but every channel was snowy and the cable was very basic. Also update the mattress on the bed, nice size bed but definitely need a new mattress. If we were staying longer my back would not be able to tolerate the mattress. The lighting in the room lamps were really dim. Had to open the curtains. I think the lighting was dim because of the bulbs used and the old wicker lamp shades. I added pics because it shows how dated the furniture is but the place itself was ok.
It is in a nice location. Very peaceful and quiet. The suite was extremely clean and had all the necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. Big California King bed. The covers for bed kept us very warm. Close proximity to everything. Few exceptions but I enjoyed the stay for the time we were there. Only from Friday and checked out Monday. Giving an 8 is pushing it a little but the things I didnt like can be easily fixed.

Our unit needed new carpet badly. Way past it's prime. Unit 2201.
The location is awesome! And it is gated for security. The on-site restaurant is very nice.

It was great! Breakfast would have been even better.
When we called for any type of service we received it promptly and with great courtesy. The man who served us was exceptional. I wish I knew his name. He deserves big kutos! There was no breakfast served, so that was not applicable. It would have been great!

This is the second time we stay at Parc Corniche Hotel. The location is great, very close to the parks which is very convenient. We had booked a normal double room way in advance. To our surprise, when checking in we were offered an upgrade to a Villa for 30USD more for the 3 nights. As we had just got married, we did not think twice. Next time we go to Orlando I will definitely stay here again.

Our room had a gorgeous view and we had a fully functioning kitchen which was very nice. Very spacious room and sitting room area. The property was very close to the parks as well.

This place is amazing. Very clean and privately secured. We felt safe here and all of the staff are very friendly and at your attention if anything needed. Beautiful renovated rooms. Everything in our room smelled brand new and we had two balconies which were very nice. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful! Please choose this place for your next stay. Will always come back here. Very close to seaworld and universal.

The only downside was a very stiff, uncomfortable mattress and a building project happening next door. It got a little noisy. Also, the property itself was dingy and hallways looked like a nightmare, rooms are great, but maybe give the halls a coat of fresh paint.
I had one of their newer, upgraded rooms. I was pleasantly surprised with how pretty it was. For the price, you can't beat it.

Nothing in particular, just a few things if being picky bathroom door needed a bit of force to open . Fridge freezer door was swapped around so very close to wall to open could also tell it had been painted over but not to high standard Despite adjusting temperature daily it kept freezing some of our items . How ever nothing affected our stay what so ever just a case of “the little things “
