The sink did not drain correctly, housekeeping knocked before check-out time while sleeping, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the sliding door on the patio and the entrance room door were difficult to close and open.

We were upsold an updated/renovated room but it had not hot water pressure in the kitchen and floor boards were so damaged despite looking new that they cut our feet. Wifi was so bad that we couldn't use it in the evening when people were home and many were on it. No stove made it hard to cook. Cleaner left trash bag from garbage bin on the counter. A/C not working when we arrived. Black mold in shower that was reappearing after being painted and caulked over.

The size and layout of the facility. Security. Staff were responsive when called on issues that could be fixed.

1. Check in was at 4pm got there at 3:45 did my check in and was told the house keeper was making sure the room was cleaned and ready for guest. At 4:09 I was then told there was a problem with the sink and that maintenance was fixing it that it should take another 10 minutes I was asked to leave my number and they would call when it was finished. Ten minutes went by then another then another. After NOT receiving a call at 4:40 I went back to the registration office now you tell me its fixed and we can go in. 2. There was hair on the shower wall. 3. The furnishings were dirty and very outdated. My family stayed here once before my daughter was 3 she is 19 now and everything is still the same. The lighting in the main bedroom was bad, the lamp would flicker so you had to turn it just so for it to stay on.

The suite was spacious and the location was close by to where I was going. I liked the home like feel and that it had two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom does not work properly. When the jets were turned on, dirt and debris came out ruining the bubble bath. The TV's upstairs were not smart TV's and thus very snowy. Wifi did not meet expectations.

It was very close to Sea World which was the reason for our visit to Florida. The townhouse villa was aesthetically pleasing, clean and well stocked.

It was a little dirty, there was a gap on the front door that critters could have come through, we found a live cockroach on the wall when we came in, there weren’t enough bowls (only 5 and one was cracked), no seasonings (not even salt and pepper), beds were a bit hard, and the apartment felt cramped.

Loved the location to the sea world parks. Loved our porch view. Loved the price. Since we really were only eating and sleeping there it was fine.

The bed was not super comfortable and the shower did not get very hot. We didn't have cold showers but the water never got fully hot. The restaurant didn't answer the phone when calling and the online ordering option didn't work but we were able to go down to them in person to order a takeout order.

The location was perfect for getting to the ESPN Center and many nearby places to shop and eat. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Having an onsite restaurant was also convenient after a day of driving.

Needs updating all around, you can really tell the seating area furniture has had its time, but we really only were in the room for showering and sleeping.

I like the location was great and that it was a quiet place without a lot of traffic. The housekeeping made sure we had fresh towels every day and took out the trash, and we were prepared to do it ourselves, so that was a plus.

The room needs to be updated. The floor creaked, the patio door you had to fight open and the AC did not go below 74.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is good. The neighborhood is quiet. The belly dancing was a fun experience!

We are currently in the middle of our stay. It is 2:09a.m., I have been wide awake since 11:45 because it sounds like someone’s music is being played in my living room and shaking the whole building. I did not complain until almost 1 a.m. but here we are still. We understand that you can’t always fix everything especially when it may not be on property (I am assuming this) but the fact that we are unable to sleep is not acceptable. I feel more should have been done to ensure the people staying can get a good nights sleep. I’m sure there is some sort of noise ordinance. If it wasn’t for an 8 a.m basketball game for my son we would have loaded the car with all of our kids and spent the extra money to stay somewhere else to actually be able to sleep.

The property was nice good location, clean, and worth the money.

The floor in our room was uneven and had a dip in it. The pool could use more shaded area for extremely hot days. The tv did not work properly in the sitting room area. Handle to a closet door is broken.

The curtains were cheap and didn't cover the windows making it difficult to darken the room..We were offered an upgrade for an extra price by showing us pictures that room has hardwood floors and upgraded appliances. But the room only had hardwood floors with a really old (15 -20 years or more) appliances. They were not the modern appliances shown to us at front desk. Lastly, the rooms are noisy. I would like to add our original room had really old and dirty carpets and sofa as initially I was offered upgrade but I declined to save money. But the room was below standards.

The location was convenient. The floors and toilets and kitchen were clean. Parking was convenient. Area or grounds appeared safe.

The fact that they have thin floors to where the people under me kept complaining about my toddler.Walking around.I cannot restrain a toddler to be. Honest thwy should have been more professional of how they book the rooms. I paid just as much as the people under for me not to have to tie my toddler to a bed Or to a couch. Also, you don't allow smoking on the balconies, which is absurd for people who have kids. They have to walk all the way down to the 1st floor in the parking lot to smoke when the balcony is not screened in and we're outside in general. The only smoking area they had was in the back of the building where there's no lights and a table that sits right next to a lake. No one would want that.

I liked That at first there Wasn't too many people at the room AT FIRST they also had a restaurant that was inside of the resort.

I didn't like that there was absolutely no internet access. Unless u paid when it stated free wifi. Tablets had no signal at all for streaming. I had no signal, and being a mom with special needs children, this was extremely hard for children to cope with. King size bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

I like the closeness to the locations I wanted to visit, and the space was comfortable.
