The breakfast that is included with the B&B rate is continental but this isn’t specified anywhere until you check in. This wasn’t a good option for us and 2 out of the 4 didn’t like croissants.

Walls are paper thin between villas, and hopefully, you don't get a noisy neighbor because it can upset your sleep. 1st night TV from a neighbor who fell asleep woke us at 2am. Resort front desk called and finally woke the guest. 2nd night, the other neighbor was snoring through the night, and it sounded like he was in our room. Bought ear plugs and used them the 2nd night. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Location was great and staff was very friendly. Villa was spacious and clean. Ocean view villa next time for sure. Great for families.

In a tropical climate, it is difficult to maintain any facility in a top-notch condition and the Parrot Hotel is the best example of that. That's why it deserves 9 not 10.

Nice place on the water with several small warmed-up pools on the property. Tropical ambience with so many palms and bushes. Bike rental available which allows you to get downtown Key West in 15 minutes.

Sunset view, pools, palms, suits, welcome drinks - everything is just amazing! The staff is welcoming and helping. We came to Key West to get married and they made our staying unforgettable!

Could hear people from other rooms but not super disturbing.

A bit away from downtown key west which we thought was nice. Calm. Reasonable prices in restaurant and bar. Clean and spacious rooms.

The hotel beach does not have access to the water so you can not swim.

It looks like an ocean front property by the pictures, but it is not. It's waterfront, but there is no access to the water. The only option for parking is paid valet parking, but it is the only option available, you can't park elsewhere near the hotel. Would've been nice to be informed beforehand

Great installations, a lot of trees, you don't feel like you are close to the main boulevard, really feels like a little Oasis Staff was extremely professionnal Shuttle services to the beach and to the Key West prime areas were a nice plus! Included beach chairs and towels are a nice plus!

The staff were great, they were all very friendly, informative and helpful. The rooms were clean and if we needed additional items, it was a phone call away. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff and service at the bar and restaurant were great and we highly recommend the bloody mary and pink shrimp. It was a wonderful stay!

There were no robes which were in the pics and description. The breakfast was also disappointing. We tried to look it up in advance. They serve a muffin, croissant, bland yogurt and fruit. That’s it. It was fine but we were anticipating a hot breakfast.

Loved the pools, music, and vibe. Staff were very friendly. Loved that it was a smoke free property. Husband did not lol

Paying for parking, paying a resort fee and the location wasn't ideal as it was pretty far from downtown.

The room was large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Had to take a drive to get to old town or other things to do Friendly staff Offer valet parking but not sure what the added value was.

The music at the swimming pools should be for the ambiance only; subtitle and background music. Instead, the music loudness is comparable to that in bars, especially louder when sitting near the speaker right behind the lounging chairs.

Rooms smell very musty. I know it’s the climate, I think they need to treat this on a regular basis. Especially if you want to charge the amount they do.

It was all great.

We enjoyed our amazing breakfast every morning and how wonderful all the staff are. We used two of the pools and they were perfect except a little cool one day. The size of the rooms is very nice, and we enjoyed our stay very much.
