It’s very dated but cool to walk back into history. It used to be a holidome hotel with a big indoor pool and arcade.

When we arrived we were put up in a room that was still being cleaned so we had to wait and my 84 year old grandma had to walk around from one room to the next.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great! The pool was nice and clean.

The arcade was not fully functional, the pool was chilly and the pool towels really tiny. When I wanted ice there was only one ice machine really far away. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have them in more locations. One bed in our room was comfy and the other was really bouncy. There was nothing wrong with it except it made it difficult to sleep beside someone because every time they moved the whole thing bounced a bit.

The kids loved the pool, the breakfast, and the idea of the other atrium amenities. The room was clean and comfortable for the price, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I saw that they are working on fixing it up more.

The pool was closed which didn’t say anywhere online before booking the room. It was posted at the hotel but not before we booked. The games are outdated or broken.

We’ve stayed many times before. We love to stay for the kids to play and swim. The game machines were either down or took our money. Even the air hockey table we couldn’t enjoy it because it kept getting stuck. Than the pool was closed but we had no idea.

The area that the hotel is in was in was dark and kinda rough looking. The room needed updating. The carpet was disgusting. There was a security door alarm on the door that was malfunctioning and blared whenever we went outside or entered. This is a VERY over rated facility on Booking- I have lost confidence in using their site.

The staff was very friendly and the sheets were bleachy clean.

Our room never got cleaned or made by your staff. My sister-in-law and I took our own trash and dirty towels out to the cleaning ladies and asked for new towels and toilet paper. Which they obliged.

Location was great. Food was great. Wish we had known first night that Friday’s breakfast would be over at 9 o’clock. We got there as it was being taken down.

We didn't like that we found a cockroach in our bathroom, the ceiling in the shower had water damage,the breakfast was horrible I found moldy bread and I pulled it out and gave it to the gentleman that was there and he said it's not mold it's just part of the packaging it comes in and I was like no it's mold. Y'all have to find better people that know how to cook a great breakfast,because people pay a lot of money to stay and to eat crappy food. The 1st night we stayed in the outside rooms and those were even double worst but the manager was so sweet that our last two nights we got moved in the inside 😞 that is where we found cockroach 🪳 in our bathroom. To me I think we deserve some money back or something.

Loved the location and the staff was wonderful,the house keepers were great too.

We saw a few small roaches by the breakfast area, and we had a huge roaches in our room. But the staff was kind enough to go and refresh our room after the roach. They were limited on a few items at the restaurant. We decided to go out to eat instead.

All pillows in room are overstuffed. One's neck is at a 90 degree angle, no bueno. Please provide normal pillows. The ones used are great for photos be horrible for actual sleep.

My husband and I were travelling alone so no need for all the entertainment. After a full day of driving we just wanted to enjoy a clean , restful place. Our first impression was that this is a much older property . Our first assigned room was not very clean. A used soap was in the shower, trash in the trash can. We were immediately reassigned to another room with their apologies for the inconvenience. The new room was still old, and had mold in the shower due to a jerry rigged drain system coming out of the wall for a mini split ac system. Hmmm. Ok. Beds are not new and carpet was terribly stained. I could actually see right through the top bedsheet. We were so tired we still slept all night. I can say it was quiet and dark so that was good. The breakfast was pretty basic, waffles, cereal, eggs , sausage and some potatoes were under par. We had coffee and toast. Overall, I would not stay here again as I definitely have an aversion to crusty older hotels and cannot stand to walk on filthy carpet in bare feet. It could have been better for the price but this property may be on its way out.

The property has a huge indoor pool with lights, music , tv in the area as well as several pool tables and entertainment for kids. I can see wanting to bring your large family here for that .
