HHousekeeping didnt clean our room or even take trash our toliet paper ran out, no soap, front desk did go get supplies and next day housekeeping came first thing, stayed many times and this was a first, so hopefully it doesnt happen again because this always has been our favorite hotel

They should have waffles available daily not just Wednesday and Saturday.

No balconies or a quiet place to sit outside. At breakfast when providing waffles the waffle makers should be set somewhere different from other good, holds up the line for those who fo not want waffles,

The staff was friendly, facility was clean, and the breakfast was great. We stayed 3 nights and they had a little something different every morning which switched it up.

Loud air conditioner unit in room waking up the light sleepers continuously.

They offered continental breakfast which was great but everyday was sausage and eggs, they never changed up to bacon or anything else. Need a better variety. Elevator was old and slow.

The elevator was just a bit slow.

The breakfast was first rate. I liked the fact that you had to have a key to enter the rear doors.

The elevator messed up once with my husband on it, but did fine the rest of the time, and our shower didn't drain well while showering.

It was a really nice place and a really good breakfast. The pool was nice. Loved the decks with rocking chairs. Staff was friendly. I really liked the place and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

We set our towels out for pick up and turned our sign for yes for room service. We just got skipped completely. The day prior was perfect. Could have been a mistake.

Breakfast was nice and increased in options as the week progressed. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was very large and very nice. The presentation of the towels made me feel like we were on a cruise. Nice touch.

the mattresses in this particular room seemed to be less comfortable than usual.

the staff is always friendly and helpful, the facility as always was clean. we had a room close to the back door, which was helpful. our room was updated with a tile shower, which was great for us to just step in. room was clean and neat! thanks Ramada !

old coffee pot and desk person that checked us in was not very friendly. I had to ask for better explanation of things. We think someone came into room after we put tag on door stating not to.

The room was nice and clean. Love constant air option. Was next to coaster, titanic, local goat and other fun places.

Housekeeping did not change bedding or clean room for entire stay. Called front desk to request towels and housekeeping clean room. Housekeeping put clean towels in room, but did not pull overflowing trash cans or put fresh bedding on bed.

found hair on the bed, tub, a hanger over shower rod! I’m sure these were just over looked as they have to quickly clean the rooms for the next guest coming in

One elevator. had to take stairs sometimes but no biggie just know it was packed but it shows how great the hotel is!

Awesome breakfast choices, comfy beds and price for what you get! Front desk people were so awesome! Not just one, all and that’s hard to find. will be back! There gift shop is reasonably priced as well unlike others.
