How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Beds weren't that comfortable and the room weren't as nice as the photos.
The location was good, had free breakfast and the staff was nice.

there was nothing that we didnt like the hotel was clean the room was clean and very nice staff and very helpful and the breakfast was good they had eggs sauage muffins toast bagels fruit juice and more
they had a nice breakfast and the staff was very helpful on places to see things I wanted to see black bears and the lady behind the desk told us where to see them in the national park and we did see them

Inconsistent hot breakfast, was not a full hot breakfast every day. 😪
All of it. Breakfast was good. However breakfast was weak several days during my 8 days. Biscuits Eggs sausage gravy then half that. Not consistant every day. Sweet rolls toast waffles every day. Hit breakfast sometimes. Overall my stay was great!!

It would have been nice to have an additional elevator on the opposite end of the inn.
The location was good. The towels were fluffy and soft. The bed was comfortable. The breakfasts offered good choices and were yummy.

Pool was broken for two or three days. But theses mechanical things happen unexpectedly not there fault.

Nothing, everything was great!
We booked the king suite with the jacuzzi tub and it completely exceeded our expectations. It was amazing and so cozy, but with plenty of space.

When originally booked with Ramada over the phone the price quoted to me was outrageous for the quality of the hotel. No workout room and the pool was extremely hot and had a ton of chemicals.
I liked the staff, the price from booking and the location. The breakfast room is huge.

Air conditioner in room turns on and off through the night made it a little difficult to be comfortable temp wise and noise wise, some late coming people made noise through the night, but it's a hotel so what do you expect, overall a great experience would not hesitate to stay again!
Helpful and kinda staff, great breakfast w/ 24hr coffee machine access always a plus, area to sit inside and outside to relax, good location on the strip, but not overly busy location

The furniture in the rooms needs to be updated.
The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, with the exception of some mold under the soap holder in the shower. The breakfast was excellent & the staff very friendly & helpful. Love the indoor pool!

I can honestly say the only thing that could be better is if you would put a little hook beside the showers so you could hang your towel there where it is more convenient when you get out of the shower.
The staff is super friendly, they were all very polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face when they saw us coming in and going out. They even offered us a piece of their pizza they ordered. We plan to come back and visit again soon and we will definitely be checking to see if you have availability

I'm handicapped and none of the doors are equipped with handicapped auto entrance. It was very difficult to get in and out of the building. Also, the breakfast choices were very heavily carb oriented.

The pool area was very humid inside and it felt like it had too much chlorine

The sewer smell coming from the bathroom certain times of the day
I like how clean it was but we had like a sewer smell coming from the bathroom every now then,when i first checked in i had drop my bags off in the room and had left the room for a few and came back it smelled like someone use the bathroom in the room when no one been in there I had to spray perfume a couple time in the room with the 2 days I stay there but other than that it was nice but they might need to check their sewers
