Cooperation from front desk attendants . When making reservations months in advance and having specific request on the reservation and told they would be accommodating . When you arrive at the location for check in and they try to stick you on the third floor and you have to argue your case , the mood of having a good vacation to one of aggravation SUCKS. My wife Can not due stairs due to all the medical procedures she has had.

Just because I didn't have a credit card I was charged $100.00 dollars extra. In the part of booking it said I could pay at the hotel. But I got messages saying my card was declined. If they are gonna say one thing and when you arrive they charged you more then they should not tell you can pay at the hotel. Just because some one doesn't want or have a credit or visa card they shouldn't have to pay extra for the room. I will not stay there again paid almost 1,000 for 4 nights and the vents in the bathroom is dirty and mold under the soap dish. I will not recommend anyone staying there. To high price. And the Breckfest was not good scammed eggs were to dry. Biscuits were hard 😫 booking . Com needs to check these places out before they book someone poor rating

Bathroom was outdated. It didn’t have an exhaust fan and the faucet would not stop when shower was turned on. Refrigerator leaked water on the inside.

WiFi and pool was murky and low lights.

Nice room, shower head was awesome, pool was a little murky and too dark, WiFi was terrible, lived the gazebos out front to sit. Loved the little Dove trinkets!! Plenty of towels. They didn’t make the bed. We would stay again.

Facility only had one elevator and the door would not always close and air conditioner made alot of noise.

I requested a walk in shower. Thankful we had one. The problem was that it ran into the floor. I had to mop up water with towels.

There was a funky smell on the floor we were on only in the hallway, couldn’t smell it in the room. It’s an old hotel the bathroom was clean but discoloration made it look dingy.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned before we got there. There were long hair strands hidden in the shower curtain and someone's pee on the floor in front of the toilet. Should have asked for another room. Did not want to make a scene. But I was not happy at all. Gross.

Breakfast was ok. The standard hotel breakfast. If you got there during busy times, it was extremely difficult to get any food.

Parking spots, a decent # blocked off, maybe repaving going on, and they were quite small. 1 elevator, lots of walking and when extra steps can be painful.

It could've been cleaner, instead of carpet vinyl floor or tile is way cleaner in my eyes.

Room was cheap, staff were nice and very helpful shoutout to the kitchen staff for meeting my special need.

Bathrooms need to be updated

The room we got was huge we were happy with it. But the bathroom did need improvements they need to be updated. Sloppy wallpaper and tub needs to be changed. Curtain rod in shower was almost falling off. Update bathrooms and it would off been better. Overall great staff and huge comfortable room and bed.

We had a few minor issues that I let them know at checkout. One outlet wasn’t working and the toilet occasionally needed adjustment to get the water to fill the tank. Also, a light is needed outside the bathroom and closet area.

The location was great snd the staff were very friendly and nice. The hotel was clean.

The pool was dirty and the room where the pool was entirely too hot and muggy. There was no ventilation whatsoever and I could not have my baby in there while my other son swam. We basically could not use the pool because of this reason which means we will probably not stay again unless it is fixed

The property was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and we always had clean towels.

We were extremely disappointed in the pool room. It seemed to have way too many chemicals & burned all of my families skin. It was not heated & the space looked run down & the sauna was broken. We went for breakfast at 9:00am the first day and they were out of everything but the second day was better. Staff could have been a little more friendly.

The hotel room was clean & the beds were extremely comfy! The hotel was a quiet & clean space.

Beds firm and comfortable. Rooms seem like they have been updated in the past year or two. Room was clean and adequately decorated. We didn't eat the breakfast b/c we don't eat animals but it looked standard.
